Advanced 24/7 Restoration was at our home within 1 hour after we notified our homeowners insurance company. Their emergency response crew immediately removed damaged materials and set up drying equipment. The entire process was worry-free, and we were regularly updated by the project manager Luis, who did a great job. The place looks better than it did before the flood. The installers were very professional, and the craftsmanship was outstanding. I give them 5 stars. I wouldn't want anyone else working on my home under these circumstances.

I hired these guys to help with a three major water issues at one of our properties. I actually fired the other company as they not only missed another problem spot, but also were far too expensive for the work they do. They were very professional, over communicated with me on what they were doing and when they would be complete. Very respectful of my tenant. Their pricing was reasonable. They completed the job on the date promised (which you will find in the water mitigation business is not the case almost 100% of the time). When I came to inspect the work done, both with the water mitigation and the rebuild it was beyond my expectation. They were able to get everything exactly back to original condition. I can say, having just recently having water issues in my own home, that other companies do not respect your property nor are able to get the affected areas back to original condition. I would highly recommend you using them for any water mitigation or rebuild needs you have!
