We (4 couples) did a 12 day trip across Croatia with days trips to Mostar and Montenegro (Kotor) Well organized with really good guides ; excellent drivers who were with us throughout and took really good care of- adventure trip partnered with a local tour agency in Croatia and during the planning dropped the original local tour company because they were not being cooperative and hired a new one - this showed me that they were very proactive and dynamic and decisive and did not just compromise on the customer experience and quality For planning we had frequent calls with them that was really helpful and once everything was planned and the trip was to start, we were connected with the local tour operators in Croatia who took over seamlessly Hotels were all excellent and the path/route was sensible and optimised - originally we wanted to stay in the old town but they recommended a hotel on the water - really glad we took their advice ! Well curated trip ! We had an amazing time !

I would not recommend Adventure Tripr. We planned a large group trip with friends, and when we first signed up, we had written confirmation that the cancellation fee was $100. Later, after several people backed out and the trip fell apart, they changed the paperwork to reflect a cancellation fee of around $1,500 total for the climb and safari. Despite having the original $100 cancellation fee in writing, they refused to honor it or issue a refund. Communication throughout this process was awful. Responses often took days, if they came at all, and I regularly had to send multiple follow-up messages just to get answers. The lack of communication made an already frustrating situation even worse. Based on this experience, I don’t trust their business practices. I’ve since found many reputable guide companies offering similar trips for significantly less money. I strongly recommend doing thorough research and comparing options before booking with this company.

We had the amazing experience in Inca Trail with Adventure Tripr and locally trexperiemce. Starting from the planning of the trip, packing list , training plan , airport pickup/drop off to actual execution of the Trek was very commendable. Our guides were extremely passionate, compassionate, generous and disciplined. Willian and Klever spoke clearly on our day trips explaining the history of Peru and Inca culture. Fernando was super encouraging and helpful. Marybel was another kind guide who did her job with a smile. The porters were super amazing always welcoming us with a smile. Through out the camping, we were taken care with extreme hygiene and care. Chefs Valentino and tram prepped delicious vegetarian delicacies and there was not repeat of menu each day. Each day we returned for lunch or dinner, we were welcomed with a cheer and not one hiker was left alone. Guides ensured that everyone is encouraged and time is maintained. Given the group of 28hikers, it definitely kept the guides on toes but they never lost their cool or sense of humor. Very grateful for the experience.

I recently went to Iceland through Adventure Tripr and had an amazing experience. This was my 1st such trip and I could not have asked for more. Team AT took care of the whole process very efficiently. They were there to answer our questions and help us with everything. In short I had a great and memorable experience in Iceland. Looking forward to my next adventure with AT in September 2026.

This was my fourth trip organized by AdventureTripr and while we were fortunate with ideal weather(tons of new JaPOW for great skiing) the guides provided were amazing, adjusting to grip beds fluidly and smoothing small bumps in transport logistics with grace. The group of 8 I was with loved the trip but would go a star higher on hotel.

I went on my EBC trip with AdventureTripr in September 2022. What an amazing trip it was! The whole trip and fine details were all taken care of by AdventureTripr. As a solo traveler I was apprehensive not knowing what to expect. But my expectations were beyond excellent! We had the best accommodations, guides, porters, food, lodges! From the time we got picked up from the airport till we got dropped off- some 14 days later we were treated like a family. We had authentic local food, entertainment, and tours that was part of our package. This was a yoga included package, experienced amazing yoga sessions with breathtaking views of the Himalayan ranges! Our Guide Nirmal took care of each of us like his own family! Overall- an amazing dream come true experience! I plan to make all my future adventures with AdventureTripr ❤️ Thank you AdventureTripr for making this a very special amazing experience. 🙏🏻

AdventureTripr organized a wonderful trip for our group of 12 to hike Patagonia W-Trek in Chile. GREAT service from communications, transportations, accommodation and food, everything very well organized. We had 2 guides and Both were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and can talk very good English and Bonus points that our guides know how to take pictures, we all love taking pictures and they seems like all trained in taking pictures and selfie, if we go back for the O-Trek we want them to guide us again. I highly recommend AdventureTripr for your next travel adventure! -Melesa

We used this company to plan a group trip for Lares Trek to Machu Picchu in Peru. I was not happy with their level of service. They did a poor job acting as the liaison between out group and the travel operator for our trek. They were slow to respond to emails. It took over 3 weeks for them to respond to my interest in the trip add-ons that they promoted. We were also given different answers when we inquired about details for the trip. One minute we were told sleeping bags would be provided, then next we could rent them, and then back to no the operator will provide them. Severely unorganized. People bought equipment they didn't need because it was unclear of what would be provided. The actual travel operator (TreXperience) was much more organized and easier to work with. If AdventureTripr was unclear of what was required for this trip they should have handed us off to the travel operator sooner so that we can get direct support from the source. Through research I was actually able to narrow down on my own that TreXperience would be the local travel operator for us. Why wasn't that shared with us sooner? TreXperience website alone answered a lot of the questions we had. Did AdcentureTripr book them at the last minute, what were they doing for a whole year? It seemed that AdventureTripr finalized plans for our trip at the last minute. We booked and started making payments with AdventureTripr a year in advance. The day before the 4-day hike started the travel operator told us that AdvetnureTripr booked us for the circuit 3B for Machu Picchu. This was not the desirable circuit. Circuit 2 is the classic option and having booked this tour a year in advance how did we end up with Circuit 3? I am very hesitant to use this company again in the future for any travel plans. We could have booked directly with TreXperience versus going through AdventureTripr, in the end they didn't serve much of a purpose other than collecting our payments.
