The Advocate network gets worse every year. The service is highly unprofessional, and many of the doctors and nurses seem to lack proper medical knowledge. At times, it feels like the entire network is run solely by registered nurses. There appears to be no management skills at any level. Stay away from them — it’s cheaper to go directly to a funeral home than to let them “treat” you.

This hospital and its staff are top notch. I will be giving birth for the third time here, and every single time i come in, the staff from reception to nurses to doctors are just divine. They have made my experience so wonderful. They are a baby friendly hospital so they are super knowledgeable and respectful of mom and baby and how they want to be taken care of. I truly love it here, thank you to everyone!

My mother was on and off to the ER and then admitted to the hospital but GI doctor didn’t do their job!! If you ask the patient is in pain due to osteoporosis and if you ask for the injections ! They didn’t give and tell no you need to see the endocrine Dr!! What ‘s the use of bringing the patient to your hospital. Honestly speaking they didn’t do any test and failed to do any follow up in repeating the tests !!! It was so stressful when the DR told you that nothing is working and she is not gonna survive. In short , people should take your love ones to a good place like to a good place in Chicago instead of this community hospital.

Everything was good except for the waiting period for the MRI 28 HRS. Latter

My boyfriend was recently on the 4th floor here. The nurses, CNA’s, housekeepers, dietary, and of course, the doctors, were all fantastic. My bf, has never been in a hospital. I am happy that he had a great experience with all of these people as, did I. We were treated with respect and kindness.

This is the hospital you want to be at. By far the best experience I’ve ever had. The nurses and assistants were amazing. The hospital is so clean and well organized. The best part is when you call for assistance they come immediately. The food is very good and comes quickly.

Heartless hapless cruel facility. After experiencing their treatment I will never set foot in that hole ever again!!!!

My first visit was a good one. On time, friendly informative staff, and clean, welcoming reception area. I was treated well and learned more about my health issue.
