The food is too good as all other A2B restaurants. The space is good and comfortable. Only issue with this place is it doesn't have a proper and clean bathroom at all.

Visited this place 2-3 times as it was quite near to Marina beach. Mini meals, chat items , fresh juices are available on the ground floor. Sweets and savouries are also on the ground floor. South Indian thali available on the first floor. Service was okay as there was little crowd when we visited Parking is bit difficult for four wheelers. If you want to visit A2B if you are near Marina beach do visit this place!!!

Disappointed with the entire experience I rarely leave reviews, but this visit was disappointing enough to warrant one. From the moment we walked in, there was a noticeable lack of engagement from the staff. No warm greeting, no interest in whether we were comfortable — it felt like we were just an inconvenience. Service was painfully slow, with long waits for both ordering and receiving our food. When it finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best — as if it had been sitting out for a while. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and attentiveness. To make matters worse, when we raised our concerns, the manager seemed completely indifferent and unhelpful. Rather than taking responsibility or trying to make things right, they offered vague excuses and walked away. Overall, a poor dining experience with cold food, slow service, and a management team that clearly doesn’t value its customers. Definitely not coming back, and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

My experience here was pathetic. We ordered chola puri, dosa, idly, paneer noodles, gobi manjurian, orange juice and chocolate ice cream. The paneer was like rubber and it was really hard to have, the gobi manjurian was uncooked. But the worst was the ice cream it was visibly stale and the ice cream was separating oil which was completely inedible. When we confronted this to the waiter and manager they were really arrogant. We paid for what we have dont we have the right to give feedback if its not good. The manager was impolite and didnt even give a damn about what we said. We expected a simple apology and make sure that they correct it. But they are not even ready to accept their mistake. Attaching the video of the ice cream below

Worst food ate ever in life staff doesn't care what we tell service person don't know tamil neither english worst management and very worst food..

Recently visited this branch and was completely dissatisfied with my experience there. We ordered Chola Puri, Poori, Dosa and Idly. Chola Puri was ok but the side dish(Channa masala) was extremely spicy and not able to eat more than 3 bites. Poori was too oily as it was evident on the plate as well as on hands. The potato masala was good. Dosa and idly were good but chutneys served weren't fresh. The service was good(only good thing). Overall dissatisfied with my experience here.

Extremely Disappointed – A2B, Pycrofts Road Has Lost Its Charm A2B has always been one of my go-to vegetarian restaurants, but today’s experience at the Pycrofts Road branch was nothing short of a disaster — it felt like the place has completely lost its integrity. From the moment we entered, the service was shockingly poor. We were ready to have meals and simply asked what was available. Not only did the staff ignore us, but they also responded from a distance with zero courtesy or interest in serving us properly. No one bothered to come to the table, and the way they spoke was downright rude and unwelcoming. On top of this, the billing system is chaotic. We were expected to collect the bill downstairs and then head upstairs for the food — a process no one clearly explained. There was total confusion between what comes under “meals” and “tiffin,” and no one was willing to clarify. We were extremely hungry and trusted A2B to offer a good experience, but what we got was a complete disappointment. The staff’s attitude, the lack of organization, and the overall experience left us furious and frustrated. I sincerely request the A2B management to look into this branch — the current setup and staff behavior are completely ruining the brand’s name.
