If you find yourself in Ooty, we highly recommend considering this establishment for your breakfast. While it can be quite busy at times, we assure you that the experience is well worth the wait. The food is exceptional, and the premises are kept very clean. They offer a wonderful selection of dishes; we particularly enjoyed the Poori Masala, Idli, and Pongal, all of which were incredibly delicious. Please be aware that parking can be a bit challenging, and the road directly in front of the establishment is a one-way street. We must also mention that we found the Vada served here to be among the best we have ever tasted.

Food quality is good and the taste meets expectations. However, the order placing time was quite long, possibly due to staff shortage. The management should consider improving staffing to ensure faster service. The location is good, but parking space is limited. Overall, a decent experience with scope for improvement in service efficiency.

Best place to stay in Ooty if you prefer to stay close to the city. Rooms are very good, clean, maintained. Service is great, responsive. Location is within the city. Has parking. Food is great as well. Close to city, easy to travel in all directions. Breakfast is included with room booking. Amenities are good. Felt really comfy, good, felt a bit luxurious for the price I would say. Very happy with the stay. I am not going to search anywhere to stay next time. I wish I had taken some photos to share. I missed it. The rooms are available from 2.3K/day, I am happy with the amenities, comfort, and everything for that price, even though initially I hesitated first. Everything was as intended within the room, considering the comfort for the visitors. I am happy with that.

This restaurant may work for large tourist groups who just want a quick bite, but for anyone seeking comfort, calmness, and good quality food, there are certainly better places in Ooty. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend it or visit again.

The food was good. But the management was worst. I don't know whether they are running out of man power or they simply ignoring customers. Their crowd management was poor to the core. We ordered south indian meals, they didn't serve rice for a long time and out of hunger we ate all the side dishes except the rice. It was a go-to restaurant for us whenever we visit ooty. But now we have to step back from that thought. And the staff are lacking in proper communication.

A2B is a well known brand, and naturally my expectations for food quality were high. They do maintain their reputation in terms of taste, but I’m rating it 1 star because the quantity doesn’t match the price. Paying ₹100 for a Pongal portion that is far too small, especially for an average South Indian appetite feels unreasonable. I shared this feedback with the staff, but they said it’s a management decision.

Great food, great service and great ambience. The restaurant is located at a very prime location near Charring Cross. The food was very delicious and the staffs were equally cooperative. We were waited by Amit sir, and to be honest he was very humble and showed positive concerns with our order like a family member. The price of the food is a bit high, but we cannot complaint much on this, afterall the restaurant is in a hill station.
