Overall the stay was okay, the resort is beautiful and the scenery is amazing. However there are a few things that should be mentioned.. We booked 8 nights at the Blue Suites and when we arrived we were put in a different suite (room 402) that was separated with a normal door and people stayed downstairs and you can hear everything even when someone is walking.. and that is not mentioned when you book. About the breakfast, for the price and for the fact that you don’t have anything near to get for a change - every day for 8 mornings we ate the same things.. very poor choices. When the clock strikes 10:30 they put everything away even water and coffee.. One specific waiter is constantly watching over you and trying to get your plates even while you are eating and that is very rude and unprofessional. The food at the restaurant is edible - nothing special. The road to get there should be mentioned, since there are people who cannot handle such a bumpy off road ( 3km ) and the rest of the road for 30 minutes its just curve after curve. I am pregnant and it wasn’t a pleasant experience and it would be nice if it was mentioned somewhere. And one last honorable mention, one of the owners ( i think ) was very nice and welcoming while another a bit older one when he came to introduce himself that he was the owner, he asked us where are we from and there was a political and racial comment that was really unnecessary and a first timer since i am vacationing in Greece since i was born. Overall, the place is beautiful, rooms clean, great that is pet friendly but a bit unprofessional.

I had the most amazing stay at Aegea Blue! The villa we stayed in had such a clear, open view of the beach. I go to Greece every summer, and this was by far the most scenic view I’ve ever had. It has a quiet, calming atmosphere. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the road, and there’s a pool to relax in if you’re not in the mood for salt water. The staff was quick to respond to any need, very friendly, and accommodating when we decided to extend our trip last minute. I will say it’s a good idea if you have a car to stop by a grocery store on the way, since you can keep food in the fridge! There is a restaurant by the villas, as well as a taverna by the beach, but if you’re looking to stay more than a few days, it’s something to keep in mind. I would highly recommend this place!

Look, it's a great spot for the views. If you want to go to Greece, stay halfway up a beautiful mountain and just watch the ocean - you are onto a winner. You won't get better for what you pay and the beach below is fabulous (be careful of the washing machine waves!). Things to know: It's very quiet. Enjoy the pool, the view and the beach because there isn't anything else to do. The accommodation units are more basic than they look in the photos! The aircon was below par, hardly making a difference (it was very hot when we were there). The restaurant is... OK shall we say. The nearest shops and other retaurants is back at the ferry port in Gavrio - 30 min drive away. But it's a pretty drive!

Our stay at the AEGEA BLUE CYCLADIC RESORT was wonderful. The location is heavenly, the pool is magnificent, and the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the most beautiful beach on the island, ZORKOS Beach. A huge thank you to the owner, who is incredibly kind (he's the best 😉). See you soon, we hope!

An ideal place for your vacation if you love peace and beauty. Didn't even expect that everything would be so wonderful. Pleasant and friendly staff, ready to help with any questions. Clean, neat and beautiful. An incredible view from the room we were in. 🏞 Unfortunately, there are no sunbeds from the hotel on the beach, but that was not a problem (you can rent a couple of sunbeds for €12). 🏖 There is a nice swimming pool on the territory. The road to the hotel from the port takes ≈ 40 minutes, we rented a taxi [€50]. Delicious food (breakfast and dinner) and you can also order drinks to your taste (cocktails, wine, beer). 🍷🦪 My sincere recommendation ☀️

I stayed at Aegea Blue Cycladic Resort in Andros Island from August 17th to 21st, 2024, in room 402. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I had hoped for, especially considering the high rates paid during the peak season. ||||From the outset, it was clear that my partner and I, a couple, would be staying in this room. However, we were placed in an interconnecting room, with an Italian family staying directly below us, separated only by a small door. Every morning, we were jolted awake at 8 AM by the screams of their babies, and in the evenings, we were kept up by their loud conversations and crying children. This arrangement was a nightmare for a couple seeking relaxation, which was completely destroyed. I can't understand why a couple would be placed above a family with small children— this setup was entirely inappropriate for our needs.||||I have stayed at this resort during the low season (May) and found it much more enjoyable. However, the high season was a completely different experience. The resort was overrun with families, and the lack of adequate staff only made matters worse.||||Room service was disappointing, to say the least. They did the bare minimum—making the bed and emptying the trash. They left an empty coffee cup on the bedside table untouched, and pool towels were not placed in our room, requiring us to ask for them. The bath towels provided were old, torn, and in dire need of replacement. Despite staying for four nights, room service did not replenish the bath amenities, which were small and ran out quickly. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a foul odor due to drainage issues.||||The TV in the room was outdated and barely functional. When we tried to watch Netflix, we had to log in to our own account, but the TV was so cheap and unresponsive that we could barely navigate it.||||Breakfast was another disappointment. The staff was clearly overwhelmed, and the person making the eggs was always visibly unhappy and unpleasant. While I understand that personal issues or dissatisfaction with work can affect one's mood, it was disheartening to encounter this every morning during our vacation. Additionally, the resort did not provide drinkable water, so we had to pay for water every time, which I find unacceptable considering the rates we paid. Even the cappuccino at breakfast came with an extra charge—a frustrating practice given the cost of our stay. ||||Adding to the confusion, our confirmation email stated that we would be staying in the Blue Suite | Sea View. However, upon entering the room, it was noticeably different from the photos displayed on the website. When I searched for the exact type of room online afterward, I couldn’t find it, which left us feeling misled about our accommodation.||||On a positive note, the resort is located in one of the best areas in Andros, offering a retreat-like atmosphere. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us as we brought our German Shepherd, and the staff welcomed him warmly.||||In conclusion, while I love the area where the resort is built, the high season experience was severely lacking. I highly recommend visiting during the low season, when the resort might be able to cope better with fewer guests and at lower rates.
