I cannot recommend Aegis Dental Group enough! I recently had a dental emergency, and the owner went above and beyond to get me in quickly. The owner himself is incredibly helpful and caring. From the moment I arrived, he made sure I felt comfortable and informed. I was quite nervous about the procedure, but he was remarkably gentle throughout the entire extraction. It is clear that he truly cares about his patients' well-being rather than just rushing through appointments. If you are looking for a dentist who combines high-level skill with a kind, patient-centered approach, this is the place to go. Thank you for turning a stressful emergency into such a positive experience! This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to.

I was looking for a full-service dentist in the Warsaw, IN area and decided to try Aegis. I'm confident I made the right decision! The facilities are wonderful with the latest in technology. The staff and Dr. Moore were great! I really appreciated their willingness to work with me to maximize my insurance benefits and work around my schedule. It is so nice to be able to get routine care and implants completed all in one location. Highly recommend.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I had to wait to be seen since I was a walk in but I had expected that. Once seen they were able to get the crown for my broken tooth made and put on all in the same day. Highly recommended!!!

The dr was awesome his assistants were wonderful. Very helpful and not trying to take all your money. Gave different options on what to do and walk thru each one. I have found a new dentist. They are amazing

I brought my 3-year-old daughter in today and the hygienist, Adi, and Dr. Singh were absolutely wonderful with her—so gentle, patient, and kind. She left smiling! I also had my own cleaning during the visit and had a great experience as always.

Waited two and a half hours for an emergency tooth extraction, is that normal? Why take walk-ins if there is no one to service your customers? I asked if there was a wait time and the front desk clerk just shrugged her shoulders. I understand you may not know exactly how long the wait will be but it is difficult for me to believe that I couldn’t be told it would take more than two hours. We ended up leaving and making an appointment elsewhere.

Very professional, spent a huge amount of time on me to calm my nerves….explaining everything so I could easily understand. I will definitely be returning.

Very disappointed with the visit. The walk in visit is a joke. Waited from 1pm - 4pm in miserable pain and still said it would be a while. They need to have extra staff if they are going to offer that service.

Dr. Moore's dental care is exceptional! The office is clean, staff are friendly, and the service is top-notch. My visit was quick, painless, and left my smile sparkling. Highly recommend!

Quality of care has plummeted since they dropped delta insurance. They never have time to make sure we're adequately cared for but they have plenty of time to go over billing.

Customer beware office staff lies and does not care! I've waited a month for my teeth cleaning appointment and now front office staff said lied they said they called my insurance and my account isn't active, when I said well that's funny my kids dentist just cleaned all there teeth with no problems filing with insurance she admitted she lied and didn't call my insurance she just checked the website and didn't see my account and basically to bad it was to much work for her to call my insurance, because when I asked her to call and verify she refused!! Wow how do they have any patients when they obviously don't care

Went to get a tooth repaired. The doctor and the staff were very good; I have no problem with the work that was done. Very satisfied with the work. Here is the caveat! I had to pay $980.00 up front ; I wasn't concerned paying the bill upfront; I needed the work done. When it was finished I inquired twice if I there would be any additional charges. The staff told me that I did not anything owe them any more. I get a bill a month or so later from them stating I owe the $377.00 additional amount that insurance did not cover. I made sure they sent me the contract so I could review it. In very small letters it was stated I was responsible by my initialing it. They were not forthcoming with the actual cost. It is a classic case of Caveat Emptor. I am afraid to investigate any more; I may have bought a time share or a very used car from these sharks! They have placards on the desk stating that it about how this is an estimate. They are not exactly lying but not really forward about the addition charges. When I questioned the staff about is this standard procedure She told me not to be rude! This really got my goat! I would not recommend doing business with this gang unless you have a lawyer read the microprint print prior to signing anything. I would recommend anyone to stay clear of this establishment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
