Had an amazing experience at the go-karting track thanks to Arya! From the moment we arrived, Arya was friendly, professional, and super helpful in explaining the rules and making sure we felt comfortable and safe. The service was quick, organized, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more fun and stress-free. You can tell Arya genuinely cares about customers having a great time. From start to finish, the friendly staff(Deepanshi)helped us with sincere care and never lost her smile. The facility was very clean, and all of the children were completely satisfied. Even though it was late and the staff could have been tired, they handled additional pizza orders and changes to the birthday package smoothly and professionally. The birthday party room was also spacious and comfortable. The newly opened go-kart area was a huge hit with the kids—they absolutely loved it. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone around us, and we will absolutely be visiting again.

We recently celebrated my son’s 8th birthday at Aerosports, and it was an amazing experience! Shout out to Amber, the host, and Anderson, the manager, for being on top of everything and making sure the party ran smoothly. Both of them were easygoing and very attentive whenever I spoke with them. All of my son’s friends and even their parents had a fantastic time, especially on the go-karts. We purchased the Ultimate Birthday Package, and it was absolutely worth it. Even though it was busy, they did a great job scheduling time slots for birthday parties, particularly for the go-karts, so everything stayed organized. One suggestion for improvement would be to have more food carts available for birthday parties, especially during the winter. Since there’s currently only one on the premises, the food can get cold by the time it reaches the party rooms. It might be helpful to have at least one food cart per room to keep everything warm and convenient. I was able to place our food on the registration counter while waiting for our room, which helped, but having additional carts would be a better long-term solution. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Aerosports for birthday celebrations. We’ll be back!

Our family really enjoys coming in here! Our daughter who is autistic has the time of her life! It’s very fun for her and she loves jumping on trampolines and going down the slides and playing in the play place! Her favourite part is at the end getting her blue slushie! Glad we have this place perfect for days like today where there was a snow day at school and can bring her and her baby brother to let out some energy and have fun! Love the 90 day unlimited pass very worth the value!

We booked Aerosports Parks for our daughter's birthday party. It was the first time at this place for almost all our guests and ourselves. So, we did not know what to expect initially. But the way we were welcomed and treated from the moment we entered, was highly satisfactory. Staff Aleah assisted us with the setup. She was amazing! So were Arya at the go cart station and Anderson at the front desk. We went on a Sunday morning, it was not very busy at the time but it started getting busy after lunch. You have to have (or buy) only aerosports grip socks.They dont allow any other grip socks. Our children used trampolines, play structures and the go cart. They have two go cart tracks, (the fatser) one for the ones who meet height requirements and drive independently and the other for shoter or younger children. The shorter ones can also be accompanied by an adult or taller peer to enjoy the faster track. It took a long time to get a turn at the go cart that we did not have enough time to enjoy the other structures much (as we needed time to eat and leave the party room at a certain time). However, the place was clean and staff were friendly. Plenty of parking spaces. We would love to visit the place again.

Im so excited this place opened minutes away from where we live - Scarborough needed a cool indoor park like this! We had a great first experience enjoying all of the diverse activities the facility has to offer. Although it just opened and go karting will be available in January, we purchased the month play pass, so we will definitely be able to enjoy that on our next visit. Worth taking advantage of their inaugural rates right now 👍 We have more than one favourite thing here but the play park itself is a really cool and fun design that my boys even at 8-10 years old enjoyed. Big parking lot too with plenty of parking.
