Opened in August 2024, it also features a dedicated Toddler Zone for one- to six-year-olds and a spacious Galaxy Lounge where parents can relax with refreshments while keeping an eye on little ones." - SilverKrisandRebecca Wong
the place is awesome for adult, not for kids under 6 years..
clean, staff very kind, everything is great.
i think you need change your music playlist, make your own theme song., sometimes the music just too noisy.

This place is the bom!
I went here with my almost five year old (120).
The staff is great and interacting with the kids but most of all firstly focussed on safety first. When in doubt they measure again because of safety.
And it is nice atmosphere.
Will go again

The place is very spacious, fun for all ages especially if you're confused where to go. The foods and drinks are also amazing. Amazing staff services. Really recommended to go here!

Great place for the kids. As a parent sitting and waiting it was very loud and the blue lights were abit over bearing . You’ve got to pay 50,000rupiah to come in and sit and wait. The upstairs lounge was closed for a function but im sure it would be nicer to sit up there. Other than that great place to bring the kids for a lot of fun! Bring grip socks if you have them otherwise you can buy at the front desk.

The place was amazing.
Not to crowd. The arena also clean. All the staffs very humble and nice to the tourists (foreigner and domestic). All the games also safety. Family friendly.

Do not go here if you have small children. On their social media they advertise it is a space for everyone which is simply not true. If you child is under 110 cm they are limited to a small ball pit tucked in the corner. We drove an hour to get here only to be told my son couldn’t access any of the large play area. I understand if he couldn’t go on some of the climbing things but not to be allowed on trampoline or any of the other options is silly as every other play area doesn’t have these requirements. At the end of the day you can make whatever rules you thing are best but don’t advertise it yourself as a place for everyone. Complete waste of a day and a huge let down for my son.

We visited AeroXspace in July 2025 and our families had so much fun! We spent over 3 hours playing and having fun plus the food was really good. The VR experience was worth the extra cost and the kids loved the Space Coaster ride. Highly recommended for a great family day out and parents can join in too 🤩
