Ladies and gentlemens beauty products. A great little shopping experience here. Staff are very attentive and friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. If you are shopping for a present for a loved one I can highly recommend Aesop. Store is very clean and well staffed and there are testers of most items available to try. We were thoroughly satisfied with our purchase.

I had the most beautiful experience today being taken care of by the lovely Ruby! I’ve never been in an Aesop store so I was having a browse trying to get ideas for Christmas presents. She was so attentive and sweet, I didn’t really need anything but ended up buying a hand wash for myself because the service was so good. Thank you Ruby! Xx

Amazing customer service from Karin (sorry for spelling, gentleman with the broken arm) was very knowledgeable and engaging. Helped us with gift shopping and his experience with the products really shun through. 10/10

I bought a couple of things from Aesop for the first time last weekend and I'm really enjoying using them. What really stands out though is the customer service I received. I'm fresh off the boat to Australia and not only did I get help selecting the right products for me but I was also given some tips on things to do in the area. I will definitely be back.

The most beautiful, kind staff.

I had received Aesop products as gifts from friends in the past, but hadn't ventured into the store since its opening a couple of years ago. Let's be honest - my beauty regime already costs me enough, I don't need to add more wood to that fire! Anyway, today I was walking back to the car park and I thought, hmm that lip treatment I got given has just run out, maybe I'll go grab another. I entered the minimalist style shop, and the music and 'super chill' stall put me in a zen like trance and next thing I know I'd bought a $30 lip treatment oouch! Anyway the last one lasted me forever so I'm sure it will be totally worth it. Plus with all the free samples I got I kind of feel like i made my money back. Looking forward to trying them out and seeing what more of their skincare range is like. Oh and it's all made in Australia woo!
