Small and intimate location, service amazing. Note that during Covid they only allow one person in the store at a time. This was a pop up but will now stay on as a permanent store. Parking is pretty good but you have a Blue Bottle Coffee on the same complex so it can be crowded at peak times. I like this location better than the Platform, not as crowded and much more relaxed.

Great products, love the body scrub and deodorant. Amazing facial cleanser is actually amazing. Hand soap is classic, really good service. Wish they had more parking, the caffeine addicts going to blue bottle take up all the spaces.

I love the products. I have been a customer for about five years and it never disappoints. Everything does exactly what you need it to do.

This was my first time in Aesop. I’ve previously heard of the brand, and stumbled upon this location as I was exploring the neighborhood. The whole experience was wonderful. Taylor, was incredibly welcoming and knowledgable about the products offered. She took the time to explain and sample various products to meet the needs of what I was seeking. I cannot wait to use the items I purchased. The great quality is immediately apparent, and the scents are beautiful. I would highly recommend this location for excellent customer service.

Small, serene space with kind staff and luxe skin care. The shop is not for fragrance-sensitive people.

I had great shopping experience at this Aesop, the staff Julia is professionally presented and sounds very sincere. I've been using B triple C facial balancing gel she recommended, it works pretty fantastic. She knows every ways around the products and suggest the RIGHT one for you.

While the space is being renovated and as a result, not decorated, the products are terrific. Not only do they smell great they are ethically sourced. The employees are educated about their products and are very helpful.

Really depends on who is working the day you go in. I shop at this Aesop because it is the one closest to my home but I think it might be worth driving to the one on third for slightly better service. I went in over the weekend and the person working at the time was . . disdainful? The only way I can think to describe someone who did not want to engage in any way even though I was purchasing yet another item from their line and who put in a single sample after I asked to try the face oils. I purchase from Aesop pretty regularly and its luxury not a necessity. I know working retail can be a drag but there has to be some customer care to justify the cost of Aesop goods.

i've been coming into this aesop for years! the staff is always kind and knowledgeable. most recently Phil was super helpful and so nice in helping me find some products to try. i'd recommend aesop to everyone i know and i always direct them to this location!

Harry was great. I came in about 10 minutes before closing and you never know what to expect when you show up before a business closes. He didn't rush me, he was knowledgeable and very friendly.

Aesop is a high-quality skin and hair care line, and they also offer products, like room spray, for the home. The reputation for excellence is well-deserved. Walking into the store is a calming experience, and the sales people are highly knowledgeable and work with you. They even offer excellent hot tea. The sales people are amiable and create a very nice shopping experience.

I love this brand and today even more I just stopped by for some samples because I'm flying and the ladies were so kind to give little bit of face hydrator and serum so I don't have to worry about packing things that could be removed from my bag since I'm only bringing a carry on

Gracious employee, however, store was under staffed and under construction. Not the best experience. It's fine if you go knowing exactly what you need. Certainly not the place to peruse. The limited parking could be tricky as well. Aside from that the employee was most helpful and kind.

Grace and Julia are amazing! They are super helpful and really help you figure out what might work best for your skin type and skincare needs. Store is right next to Blue Bottle as well so it's PERFECT. SSDGM!

I'm writing this in the hopes that a manager sees it. The customer service is severely lacking in this store. Not what I was expecting out of a high end luxury store. I went in to get my friend a gift for Christmas. And they showed me the set that was online. But it came out to more than what was listed. I didn't get much of an explanation. Even after showing them the set online, I didn't get much help. And I have to say, the white women in front of me got several samples to take with them and I wasn't even offered one. Again, the customer service is severely lacking here.

Such a great experience! We were going to Blue Bottle coffee and realized there's an Aesop right next door. I was recently gifted an Aesop room spray which we love and I wanted to see what other products they have. Grace was so helpful, she took the time to ask me about my skin care regimen and what types of products I like and she had me sample their products that align with my needs. Amazing service and products! Highly recommend.

Love love love these products. On top of that, the store manager, Taylor, was beyond kind and helpful, even though they were closing early on NYE she so graciously helped me as I had my heart set on their Reverence Hand wash with a gentle scrub. Another favorite product of mine is their Balancing toner!! Their products smell and feel amazing- Highly recommend!!!! Thank you so much for your help, Taylor, and Happy New Year! So excited to try more products soon!

Great new store with all the products you'll need and a great staff to guide you with what you need without giving you a hard sales pitch. Highly recommend. And you can stop at Blue Bottle next store for a coffee when you're done!
