Went here last week with my Mom and Sister. Sara took such excellent care of us! It was the highpoint of our day out celebrating our birthdays!

Stopped by during a business trip to pick up gifts and team member Sarah was amazing and answered every questions had great recommendations! Will enjoy the new products!

I sometimes have trouble trying new things at stores for the simple reason that I don't want to disturb the sales associates. Granted, I understand the dynamics of being a customer, but I try to stay in my little world when shopping. For weeks now, I had researched popular perfumes and soap products and I had 4 products that I really wanted to try out. My fiancée, best friend, and I went into the store and were greeted by Tatiana. She asked if there was anything I was looking for and I told her of the four scents I was curious about. Immediately after, she had me smell the 4 intermittently so I could truly experience the scent on my wrist and get a comfortable sense of the smell. She was very knowledgeable and her eloquence about all the products really confirmed it. She spoke about the perfumes impartial to her personal preference, and instead, focused on explaining the composition and embodiment for each product and product category. This created a great sense of impartiality and showed me that she genuinely cared that I found something that was for me and me only. With her warm smile, she described the smell and the intentionality behind specific products. Throughout this, she never pressured, nor rushed me. After being there for about 20-30 minutes, I finally decided with Tacit and I absolutely love it. I appreciate Tatiana and I thank her for making me comfortable with my decision. Thank you, Tatiana!

This store is so well kept and as soon as you walk in it smells luxurious and calming! Jaziel and Tatiana were so helpful. They helped me pick out products specific for my skin type. They were so attentive and I can’t wait to start my new skincare routine.

I had such an amazing experience at this store. To start, we took a spontaneous trip to Dallas (we’re strongly considering moving out here!), and I happen to see this Aesop store! I decided to go in and the experience for a first timer was amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and they taught me a lot about each product. I ended up purchasing a body wash and lotion combo! I will definitely make the drive from Houston to go this location (and other spots) again!

Sara is amazing! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. The customer service was top tier!

Came in to look for skin oils not too long ago. The shop owner likes to treat people of color like they thieves. She followed us around the entire time but didn't help us when we had questions about their products. There were many other people in the store and not one of them were treated the way we were treated. I am 99.9% sure we heard her mumbling under her breath about us in a very inappropriate manner. The Owner was VERY unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this store AT ALL.

Hands down the best Aesop location I've ever been to. Very responsive over the phone and even more personable in store. Additionally, when associates love their job, are passionate about the hospitality they provide and the environment that's around them, it changes the whole guest experience. Shoutout to Tatiana and Sarah for this one. Thank you!

I was excited to see this Aesop shop as I have been having a difficult time finding my Avail Facial lotion. I stopped by and was lucky to see they had it in stock. Outside of the shop, they had three of their items mounted for people to try. After trying those, I went inside and was courteously assisted by Sarah. Sarah was SO knowledgeable of all of the Aesop products that I was blown away. Once she realized the scents that I was attracted to, she directed me to additional products to try. I tried a few items, bought my products and even got suggestions on nearby restaurants to try out. This shop is small but unique. There's a long shared sink for customers to try out products before you purchase. I must say, Aesop, I will return when I am in Dallas again

No one can beat Aesops products but this location also has the sweetest staff too! They're so kind and always go above and beyond to help us find the right product and turn us on to new products we love. Even if you know nothing about the brand, I'd recommend dropping in to just ask more about what they do and try some things out.

Wow!! Just wow!!! I've never been to Aesop before and I am officially going to give them my money. Lol the customer service was amazing!! I really want to shout out Tatiana and the other woman that was working with her today (September 18th). They were both so kind and made me feel so comfortable being there.

when first moving to a different state, you start thinking of all the necessities that you might not be able to get. aesop was one of them for me. i've been using their products for a good 7 years now. i even got my husband hooked on them. their scents and quality are like no other. yes, i can buy them online but sometimes it's nice to actually go into the store to see what is new and try certain products you're curious about. so finding them in dallas was a big deal for me. a lil hard to find but when i finally managed to find the shop, i was almost giddy. i can't really describe my experience because i've been going to aesop for so long, i know what i want and don't need to ask many questions unless i'm curious about something new. their shops are always interesting with a minimalist esthetic but it's the products that keep me coming back. calling dallas my home is getting easier by the minute.
