I had a great experience yesterday (23/11) at Aesop. In particular, I thought Ope was amazing! My partner and I were looking for a hand cream and he went through all the hand and body balms with us, testing them on our skin and explaining each one to us as he went. We felt like he truly listened to our needs and wants to support us in deciding what was the best one to buy, without pressuring us. In the end, he suggested a set of 3 different ones (my partner and I both preferred different creams) and we wouldn't have even known this was an option if he hadn't shown us. Very happy with our purchase and very happy with the overall experience. We will definitely be returning to this store for our next purchase! Thank you Ope!

The products are lovely. The problem was the young gentleman serving my partner and I. He was incredibly impolite, at one point commenting on the quality of my partners skin. It seemed that we were not wanted in the store. We went to the store because we were interested in buying one of their perfumes, but it seemed that our custom was not welcome. A shame that we were served by him, because the other gentleman serving a couple standing next to us was very kind and polite.

This store is absolutely the best store to visit when in Central London. The atmosphere and store ambience is fabulous However, my unforgettable experience is the welcoming and engaging effect of the entire staff. Every single member of staff were professional, smiling even with the high stream of customers coming in, helpful, engaging, checking in at every second that I was okay, needed any help with products and also engaged me to try out different products to suite my skin. I was immediately offered a nice cup of tea on arrival, and the manager even came out to acknowledge my presence. Its a store I am definitely recommending to anyone who needs beauty products without any knowledge. For the best store experience and conviction of a valuable purchase, look out for OPE who has a vast knowledge of all the products. His charismatic nature and zeal for the job is second to none. We visited this store today (28/10) and we were greeted warmly by the entire team. The girl who was working around 6:30PM was absolutely wonderful, she quickly made sure we knew she was available to help and gave us a brief overview of the store layout, pointing out where we could find certain products. She helped me choose a facial wash and took the time to explain each product she applied on my hands really thoroughly and answered all of my questions. She was really proactive and made my shopping experience really smooth, if I was looking at the deodorants she would have already sprayed the 2 deodorants they offer on the tester strips. Her genuine enthusiasm and professionalism truly reflected Aesop in a positive way. Because of her, I left with a great impression of the brand and will definitely be exploring more of Aesop’s products in the future.

Hana gave us a 10/10 experience. Took her time to help show us the products and try them. She helped us find the perfect option for us today making sure to show the bundles/deals too! Very happy and will be back soon as want it all! Thank you Hana :))

Such a lovely Christmas shopping experience - I was welcomed and looked after by Josh. Who was incredibly helpful with my requests, to find Christmas presents for both of my parents. He was considerate and helped tailor the gifts to each person with budget in mind. Perfect Christmas shopping experience.

Tom at the Covent Garden Aesop store was incredibly generous with his time and his knowledge. He pampered my partner and me with a thoughtful selection of products tailored to our needs, and clearly understood skincare well beyond the Aesop range. He compared what we already use with Aesop products, explaining the pros and cons in a clear and balanced way. He came across as a genuine and attentive expert and, thanks to him, our loyalty to Aesop has only grown!

I visited this branch of Aesop at around 7pm (12/11) I was given a warm welcome by all the staff and Ope gave me the best experience that I had shopping in London, he gave me an insight into Aesop as a brand and how they keep the architecture of the store in mind when designing their interior and have me a full walkthrough of all the cleansers, balms & fragrances on offer and recommended products that compliment each other. I could feel the enthusiasm that he had about the brand and creating a warm & welcoming atmosphere, he is a real asset to Aesop and I hope that Ope gets recognition for this!
