We recently visited Aesop in King St in Covent Garden. Right as we walked in we were greeted by Maryam with such a calm and inviting vibe to her (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). It was such a nice experience because she explored our likes and dislikes and let us try multiple things so we can choose the right product fit for us. She gave us space to decide and even recommended a few items when we needed help. The shop smelled great and the rest of the staff were also very nice. Will def come back for more! Thank you also for the gift, made our night! ✨ Our fave Aesop in London 💓

Fluent in both Chinese and English, she expertly walked me through the products that best suited my needs, making the entire process relaxed and free from pressure. Her passion for the Aesop brand shines through not only in her customer service but also in her delightful illustrations for the brand. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated and knowledgeable. Highly recommend seeking out Serena when you visit!

Already love this brand - this review is all about the service! My best ever experience in an Aesop store. Came in Nov 28th about 7:50pm, and the person who served me went above and beyond. Genuinely so impressed. It's easy to feel awkward if you are the only customer in a shop - they made sure this wasn't the case at all! Exceptionally friendly chat, showing me relevant products in a very personable way, answering all questions and consistently present to help but not overbearing at all! I didn't plan to buy anything but they helped me find some great perfumes for a gift. And they literally walked me to the door after - wow! Thanks so much!

Such a lovely store with fantastic staff, but I really felt for them having to work with the door wide open in winter! The shop is usually so warm and inviting, it would be such a better experience if you closed the door, like the other shops on that street.
