I had a great experience yesterday (23/11) at Aesop. In particular, I thought Ope was amazing! My partner and I were looking for a hand cream and he went through all the hand and body balms with us, testing them on our skin and explaining each one to us as he went. We felt like he truly listened to our needs and wants to support us in deciding what was the best one to buy, without pressuring us. In the end, he suggested a set of 3 different ones (my partner and I both preferred different creams) and we wouldn't have even known this was an option if he hadn't shown us. Very happy with our purchase and very happy with the overall experience. We will definitely be returning to this store for our next purchase! Thank you Ope!

Tom at the Covent Garden Aesop store was incredibly generous with his time and his knowledge. He pampered my partner and me with a thoughtful selection of products tailored to our needs, and clearly understood skincare well beyond the Aesop range. He compared what we already use with Aesop products, explaining the pros and cons in a clear and balanced way. He came across as a genuine and attentive expert and, thanks to him, our loyalty to Aesop has only grown!

We visited this store today (28/10) and we were greeted warmly by the entire team. The girl who was working around 6:30PM was absolutely wonderful, she quickly made sure we knew she was available to help and gave us a brief overview of the store layout, pointing out where we could find certain products. She helped me choose a facial wash and took the time to explain each product she applied on my hands really thoroughly and answered all of my questions. She was really proactive and made my shopping experience really smooth, if I was looking at the deodorants she would have already sprayed the 2 deodorants they offer on the tester strips. Her genuine enthusiasm and professionalism truly reflected Aesop in a positive way. Because of her, I left with a great impression of the brand and will definitely be exploring more of Aesop’s products in the future.

I visited this branch of Aesop at around 7pm (12/11) I was given a warm welcome by all the staff and Ope gave me the best experience that I had shopping in London, he gave me an insight into Aesop as a brand and how they keep the architecture of the store in mind when designing their interior and have me a full walkthrough of all the cleansers, balms & fragrances on offer and recommended products that compliment each other. I could feel the enthusiasm that he had about the brand and creating a warm & welcoming atmosphere, he is a real asset to Aesop and I hope that Ope gets recognition for this!

Hello, in mid-July I made a purchase at your store. The staff kindly gave me a cloth bag and sprayed a perfume on it. I really loved the scent and would like to purchase it. Could you please tell me which fragrance it is? Thank you!

Oppa was a fantastic help in introducing me to new products. Aesop shops are always a high quality shopping experience but this location takes the service and welcome above and beyond.

After months of traveling, running out of toner and just life things, etc., my skincare routine was virtually nonexistent. With a flight leaving the next day I urgently visited Aesop for my second time ever and was even more pleased this time. Calm and collected even with my limited time, Ope was an incredible help— efficient, kind, attentive, and just purely friendly. 🥹 We discussed my current situation and Ope not only found a different more suitable replacement for the toner, but educated us on the products through and through. For the first time in a while I feel confident about what I'm putting on my skin without losing the effectiveness of more chemical-y/intense items. I didn't feel like I upsold, I feel upgraded and ready to reestablish my routine in a healthier way. Thank you so so much Ope!
