Aesop Walnut Street

I was wandering around with friends waiting for a concert when we saw the lotion bottles outside when one of the sales associates invited us into the store to try the samples of the lotions and soaps. Rachel was very helpful when going over the products and the scent profiles. She served us mint tea and helped me find a new lip balm to use! I am very excited to try some of the sample items she supplied us!

Stopped in today for geranium soap and had a lovely customer experience with a young lady. She was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful in her approach!

A girlfriend and I went to Aesop for some new fragrances. The store was very clean and smelled great. Tina was fabulous, she stuck around with us for almost an hour, helping us find our scents and making us laugh the whole time. She was so professional and knew every answer to our questions. We walked away with new perfumes, lotions, and some samples all thanks to Tina.

She also served us tea (it wasn’t that great but it was a nice gesture)! Her service was amazing and she helped me navigate all the products and scents to find some lip balm. She was so nice and I will definitely be coming back :)

I went in looking for help starting up a skincare routine, as I'm someone who knows almost nothing about skincare and beauty products. Chris walked me through the basics in a patient and thoughtful manner, and worked with me to create a simple starter routine. I had an excellent experience here. Rachel was lovely! She listened to my needs and was clearly very knowledgeable on both skincare and the product line. She made excellent suggestions and was extremely attentive throughout my visit. I left feeling great and definitely will be back.

Great place amazing service left with the travel kit for facial care under $80. Never felt so good.

I feel bad for the staff here, they keep blowing through managers. Like it’s wild that at least once a year there is a new store director at this location ? Had someone tell me to go to CVS instead to buy handcream, because the staff didn’t know the product well enough to actually sell it.

I'd never heard of Aesop before I moved to Philly and now it is my go-to store for all of my skincare. From the first time I set foot in the place, the employees have always treated me well, even remembering my name after just one or two visits. They listen to what I have to say and recommend products to fit my skincare situation, without applying pressure on me to buy other, pricier items. As a nice bonus, I'm always given great samples of other products to try, too. Aside from the great service, Aesop has high quality products. In the many times I've been to the store, I've learned a lot about how to take good care of my skin, and for the first time in my life, I've been following a regimen that has truly transformed my appearance. I actually can't wait to try some new products I've had my eye on. Great store!

I stumbled upon Aēsop on a sunny Saturday as I've always passed it, yet never had a time to come in and check the store out. The location itself is where the Art of Shaving used to be and it's a lovely addition to Walnut Street. The store itself is quaint and simple, yet when you step in; the two employees are nothing but lovely and accommodating. Lily, one of the Aēsop staff was kind enough enough to grab my puppy a bowl of water as I was looking around, asking me whether I needed help. Her skin, along with her personality was so lovely! I told her about my concerns and what I was looking for and Lily listened, rather than giving me products and going about my way; she asked me if she can try the products out on my skin to see how I felt about it and we can go from there. Lily also made sure I knew I can come back if I ever had any questions or concerns, her customer service is one of the reasons why I will be back as a occurring client. My skin feels amazing, as she taught me how to balance my skin and taught me a few tips. Thank you so much Lily for your amazing service!

Allison helped me and gave me some cool samples. I appreciated the inviting atmosphere and quality products. $$$ but I pay for stuff that is worth it!

I learned about Aēsop years ago while wandering around the Lower East Side in Manhattan. The Aussie Company has unique and refreshing natural products for men and women. I love their men's shave oil and Resurrection Aromatique hand wash. It is kind of a dangerous store to go in because there is always something new to buy here. The emphasis is on customer satisfaction and service so don't go there if you are in a rush!

Love Aēsop products and always have been their biggest customer however, terrible customer service at the walnut street location. Walked into the store today and started to testing out the products that my husband was interested. One of lady who works there approached us and told us that we are not allowed to try the products on our face due to potential allergic reactions. She also gave us such an attitude when she was taking out sample packages and slammed on the table when we were checking out. Definitely will not go back to walnut st location ever again. What a disappointment at their customer service.
