The staff are lovely and very helpful; however, the products leave much to be desired. I ended up purchasing an advent calendar in addition to my other shopping for my partner, spending a total of CHF 520. The calendar has been nothing short of disappointing and, frankly, feels like a complete rip-off. The items inside are extremely small, comparable to airline travel-size products. I would strongly advise against buying or being persuaded to buy it. Unfortunately, the brand appears to be in gradual decline.

absolutely rude !! impertinent and authoritative sales girl today who dares make extremely insulting comments about customer .. telling me I don't listen after having repeated what I want and how I want it packed 4 times . and she is the one inventing lies about not listening ???? how dare you !!! utter nonsense ! bad service and after having asked for my receipt this utterly incompetent employee with extreme authoritarian ways, lacking whatsoever respect and customer service standards still didn't give me receipt I wanted and had to ask twice for! she owes me for moral damages caused too !!!! spoilt my desire to come to Aesop and she ruins the reputation of the company !!!! Must be dismissed from the job on the spot ! Disaster !!!!

I was really surprised how friendly the staff is. Eco-Organic cosmetics are a trend for sure. This brand is a good product if you like to shop organic. The store is really nice and appealing. I could buy all my cosmetics there (unfortunately it is kinda pricy). If you are in Niederdorf, just pass by, ask advice and they will for sure give you some samples to try out.

Don't expect to just drop in and buy some beauty product after browsing. All is stylishly designed but looks the same. So grab one of those stylishly destined staffs and let them help you. You'll sure find something you like if you are into natural products (ladies and gents). Also great gift shopping. And yes, you'll instantly loose weight after visiting this place. Unfortunately it's just because of reduced wallet content.
