I recently stayed at this hotel and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were always friendly, professional, and attentive to every need with discreet efficiency. The overall service was impeccable:every detail was taken care of, from the spotless cleanliness of the entire hotel to the small daily touches that made the stay truly enjoyable. The room was spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere ensured a perfect night’s rest. The modern, well-equipped bathroom added to the overall sense of comfort. The hotel restaurant was one of the highlights of the stay: carefully prepared dishes, fresh high-quality ingredients, and a menu that combined local flavours with creativity. The dining staff were equally excellent:attentive without being intrusive, and always ready to recommend the perfect wine or dish. In short, a flawless stay in every aspect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, relaxation, and a warm yet professional welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back!

From the moment we entered Aethos Sardinia we felt welcomed! Refreshing fresh juice and prosecco was offered in the beautiful lobby and then we were given a brief tour of the hotel and gorgeous grounds while our car was parked and bags were brought to the room. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable overlooking one of the 2 pools and an amazing view of the sea. We were celebrating our anniversary and there was a nice note, cake, champagne, etc waiting for us. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty and all of the staff was very helpful with recommending beaches or restaurants in the area. Cannigione was a cute town and good location for exploring Sardinia. Highly recommend...you will not be disappointed!

The views are arguably the best in Costa Smeralda. The service is exceptional. The staff go above and beyond to satisfy any request. I proposed while in Sardinia and Alessandro was extremely helpful in setting me up with a local photographer and advising us on all the best locations for photos. The photographer he connected us with was 1st class as well. The rooms are fantastic. I love that they provide a Dyson hair dryer in every room - perfect example of the level of luxury down to every detail.

An amazing property with exceptional service - truly beyond a 5-star experience. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly welcoming.||The F&B offering really exceeded expectations: breakfast features handmade products, lunch is all about fresh, easy bites perfect to be enjoyed by the pool, and dinner is a delicious mix of Mediterranean flavors and traditional Sardinian dishes.||The hotel’s event programming adds great energy to the stay, with BBQ nights, DJ sets, and live music creating a vibrant atmosphere.||Both pools are fantastic, but the infinity pool deserves a special mention - it’s a true sanctuary of relaxation, where you can unwind in nature’s silence with a great drink in hand. The hotel also offers a private beach deck to enjoy the sun and take a swim. ||The gym is also impressive: super well-equipped with all the essentials. Honestly, it was the first time I actually enjoyed working out on vacation! Last but not least, the in-house boutique is full of little gems waiting to be discovered.||Finally, the team is wonderful. From the General Manager to every staff member, there’s a genuine sense of care and attention. The Guest Experiences team goes above and beyond, creating special moments and unforgettable experiences for every guest.||I would definitely recommend staying at Aethos Sardinia!

5 star breakfast and kind staff. My takeaway here is that although it’s not in the most ideal spot considering you’re a bit far from beaches, no walking. But the food is pretty incredible. The gym is beautiful. The top pool is really cool. Bed was kinda lumpy weirdly wasn’t sure if there was normally an issue like this. Overall a bit expensive for what it is, and if you eat dinner at the restaurant be prepared to pay about €125 per person for regular meal. But very comfortable, rooms are incredible. But noisy if you’re at the rooms closer to the main pool even at night.

Incredible experience at Aethos Sardinia. Fantastic location. Great service provided by all Staff who were very attentive and took care of all our needs. Alessandro at dinner service was such a great host, as well as all other Staff. We were impressed with the professionalism and general nature of all the Staff at the hotel who went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The Staff were a credit to the hotel.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a friends trip. I would recommend staying if people are looking for great service and beautiful location. While my overall stay was nice there are some things to note that should be improved. See below: 1. Tipping Culture: despite this being a European location / hotel, the staff requests tips for every service provided. My expectation is that tips should be included in the price / pay for the staff. Requesting tip for every service creates awkward moments / grey space since tipping isn’t typically apart of the European culture. 2. Car Services: it is known that renting a car Sardinia is essential to move around the island. The hotel kindly helps coordinate excursions for you to enjoy. Some of the excursions it doesn’t make sense to drive (e.g., wine tour). Instead of offering included transportation the hotel requests you use local transportation which is $90 minimum. Being a high end hotel it would be nice to have rides to the excursions that they coordinate, especially since it is likely they are getting a % of what you are paying for the activity. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Sardinia but it is important to understand the nuances in the experience that you will encounter.

First the good things. The staff here are all absolutely lovely - cheerful, chatty and eager to please. The location is very good. It is less than a mile from the centre of Cannigione and the walk into town along the coastal path was one of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday.|The hotel, though, has many shortcomings. It is classified as five star and room prices are very high. However, the rooms are really small (we had a deluxe with sea view) and ill-equipped, e.g., no full length mirror, no English news channels on the TV and nowhere near enough surfaces or drawers to store things. Breakfast was OK but not memorable. We had dinner in the restaurant twice and again it was mediocre and very expensive. There was evening entertainment a couple of times during our stay but evenings were generally dull. There is no Spa - unheard of for a five star hotel, although they can arrange a massage in your room, assuming they could squeeze a table into it!|One thing to note is that the rooms are scattered about the site and there are many steps up and down to get to them.|In summary, if this hotel was reclassified as a four star and the rooms prices drastically reduced, it would be a good choice, but as it stands, it is very poor value for money compared with the many other five star hotels we have stayed in. The hotel’s website is a masterclass in style over substance!
