THE OWNER KICKED US, TWO GIRLS, OUT AT 1am!!
Se ci fossero i voti in negativo avrei dato -5. È inaccettabile e incredibile quello che ci è successo in questo posto: eravamo due ragazze e dopo aver preso possesso della stanza siamo uscite a cena e al nostro ritorno (all’1 di notte) abbiamo trovato la proprietaria che ci ha letteralmente sbattute fuori dalla camera con le nostre valigie per strada (ha messo le mani sulle nostre cose!). A raccontarlo può sembrare surreale ma è quello che ci è successo e ancora non ci crediamo. La motivazione di questo “sfratto”? Che siamo entrate tramite il codice che c’era scritto sulla prenotazione e abbiamo preso le chiavi che c’erano sul tavolo senza avere chiamato la proprietaria, ma il piccolo particolare è che nessuno ci aveva detto di farlo e sulla prenotazione di conferma di Booking non c’era scritto nulla a proposito e anzi, sembrava che dovessimo fare il self check-in.
È inaccettabile un tale trattamento e sconsigliamo vivamente questo posto; non esiste che due persone vengano lasciate per la strada all’1 di notte e in una zona come quella, per giunta dopo aver pagato l’intera somma in anticipo e non aver ricevuto nulla indietro. Vergognatevi!
I was literally kicked out from this hotel at 1am. I came to Monza about 5pm and went directly to the hotel. I called the buzzer, but nobody opened. Then I saw a lady with a kid, who asked me how can she help me. She was a same floor neighbor and she let me in inside the block. We went to the hotel floor and she was with me in case nobody still will open me. I found a pin code in my reservation email and input it, so the door inside opened. The lady SAW that the pin worked and she left to her apartment.
Inside the “hotel” (which is basically a hostel since there is no reception, no receptionist or whoever) I was waiting for about 40 minutes because I had no phone and there is no phone on the kitchen of this hostel. Then I saw two envelopes with keys pn a big table in the middle of the room. On one of them was my family name, so I took it and I saw the room number inside. Following all this – no reception, no employees – it is logical to assume that this is a self-settling hotel, of which there are many all over the world. So I put my stuff, took a shower and went for a walk. And then the following events happened:
The lady, who introduced as the owner, but I don’t know even her name, called 17 times and yelled that she will throw my stuff out of the window if I will not come immediately to the hotel. She was screaming that I got into her property without her permission
I came there with two of my friends, notice that all 3 of us are GIRLS, and this lady came with a man to scare us
She was absolutely out of mind, her hands were shacking, she yelled, she didn’t let us say a word. I suppose she was on drugs, because she acted absolutely not-normal. While she was yelling, she wasn’t looking at me, but somewhere aside.
She told me that she will not give me back my luggage if I will not give her back the key
She confirmed that she touched my things (jewelry, laptop, lingerie etc etc) and that she stuffed it by herself to my backpack!
She literally threw my backpack with laptop inside on the sidewalk
She gave me backpack ONLY AFTER I said I will call the police if she won’t.
