Very old hotel. The price is 500 baht, they want 500 baht deposit (I’m just curious for what, if there is nearly nothing in the room!?). They called me two times (20 and 10 minutes before checkout to remind me that I need to check out soon). Though I still had time, I’m curious why so much hurry if the hotel was empty. Unpleasant experience. Will definitely not stay at this one again.

The worst ever hotel I stayed in Thailand. No English at all in the info desk. TV broken and fridge is out of order and power is out so I couldn't even charge my mobile phones during my stay. I complaint to the desk but they said no refund nor discount at all. Really unsatisfactory accommodation. Do not stay this one.

You can't expect many things for a budget room. It's acceptable for its prices.

Stayed at the Hotel for 2 nights. It's definitely budget-friendly, and you get what you pay for. The cleanliness was average, One great thing is that you can easily catch a red bus to Maesai Market from the other side of the road from hotel.

No fridge, kettle, hair dryer and very low amenities.

Welcome and relaxing. We stayed at a lovely corner room with a big tree near the main door. There are plenty of shade during the day. We could do our laundry here and hang them in the sun.

Make sure you get a room at the back, otherwise the road noise is insufferable. The cafe/restaurant was not open, though there are good food options around. And my pet peeve: when the fridge outlet is controlled by the main room switch.

Nice spot for the area. Our go-to when we just need a night to rest before the long drive back to CM. Something with a bit of a hip hostel vibe that I'd expect to see in Chiang Rai or Chiang Mai really. Most (all?) of their rooms are actually private, and a pretty great value. The perfect little place to stay if you're doing a border run and want something pretty nice, pretty clean, and pretty cheap. There's a good little massage place tucked away behind a hotel/resort just across the highway, but it's not on Google maps and it's NOT the one next to the karaoke and pub. Be sure to cross the highway and walk down one of the many little streets towards the mountains. The area is outrageously beautiful in the daytime.
