Ordered an expensive winter GORE-TEX blazer based on product photos. Received a completely different summer blazer instead. The owner admitted in writing: "You've indeed received a different model than pictured" but insisted they were the same item and offered only €87 compensation for my €480+ losses including import taxes. Items sold as "brand new and unworn" arrived with visible wear marks inside. When I asked for proper compensation under consumer law, the owner called my complaint "extortion" and threatened legal action against me. UPDATE: Owner's response contains false claims: - No "50% discount coupon" was ever offered in correspondence - only vague future "goodwill" mentioned - Different fabric (GORE-TEX vs regular), different cut, different SKU are MATERIAL differences under EU law, not "subtle" - Only one previous exchange occurred (damaged tote), not multiple complaints as implied - The "full refund" offered excludes €55 import duties I paid due to their error and requires me to pay return shipping - not a lawful remedy under EU law for non-conforming goods Order #3744, August 2025. All correspondence documented.

Worst experience ever, surreal. I bought a pair of sunglasses for Xmas to my sister. They were too big so exactly the same day (25dec), I sent them an email saying what was the procedure to return the item. They didnt answer for a week so I emailed them again. No answer. Today, 7th of January, they reply saying they are sorry for the late reply and this surreal text: We would start counting the 14-day return policy from the day you sent your first email (December 25th), notifying us about the return. The 14th day is today, so the window for a full refund has passed. You are still welcome to return the package and receive store credit so your sister can pick another gift from our website. How am I supposed to return the item if it takes you 14 days to reply to a buyer?? What a ridiculous service. You’ve already lost a customer.

Amazing customer service! I ordered some items from the US. They matched a lower price from the original designer on one. They double checked another item description for me. They helped me with some problems with using their payments system from abroad. Then one of the items they shipped me was accidentally the wrong one, and they immediately made it right: sending me a shipping label for the wrong one and immediately shipping me the right one. Just extremely responsive and extremely courteous and trustworthy, which is so important when buying from abroad. Anybody can get it right the first time, but not everyone will fix a problem fast and generously.

Extremely ridiculous online shopping experience. Their system error caused them charged me 12 euro less for shipping, they reluctant to take the technical error responsibility and keep trying to blame the customer. What they did was to hold up the order and refuse to send until the customer pay such extra fee due to their own error. No matter how beautiful their products are, the staff of customer service is super irresponsible and stubborn. I will definitely not recommend this shop for anyone who wants a fair shopping experience.
