This Yuzu-themed ramen shop is conveniently located near many major stations, and it’s open late. I tried the summer-time cold ramen, and it was amazing! The soup was perfectly balanced, with a refreshing mix of dashi and yuzu, plus a hint of fruity yuzu jelly that made it extra special. There’s a good range of menu options and different noodle types to choose from.
A couple of small points: I didn’t find the mizuna worked well in the bowl, and the aburi pork was quite thin — more like a piece of cooked ham. It’s also on the pricier side, around 1,400 yen per bowl. That said, I still really enjoyed it and even bought some take-home ramen to try other flavours.
