This was our 5th time staying at Agalia Luxury Suites, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. It’s a family-run hotel, and the moment you arrive, you’re treated like part of the family—not just a guest. That personal touch is what truly sets Agalia apart.|We stayed for seven nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. The suites are beautifully designed, spacious, and so comfortable. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the peaceful setting is perfect for a relaxing escape.|What really makes Agalia special is the exceptional service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched.|The hotel also offers excellent facilities: a serene pool area, a fitness center, and spa services that add to the overall experience. The on-site restaurant is another highlight—each meal is a delightful mix of local flavours and international cuisine, beautifully presented and delicious.

My stay at Agalia Luxury Suite was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everything was perfected down to the finest detail. The suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything one could wish for – from a luxurious bathroom and a comfortable bed to a breathtaking view from the terrace. Every detail reflected a high standard and a deep care for guest comfort. The staff deserve the highest praise – polite, helpful, and discreet. It was clear that they genuinely care about making every guest feel special and warmly welcomed. The location of the property is also excellent – peaceful, yet well-connected, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I wholeheartedly recommend Agalia Luxury Suite to anyone seeking top-level relaxation. It’s a place you’ll want to return to.

This hotel was disappointing and I never want to stay there again. I can't believe it's a hotel that costs over 1,300€. First of all, the previous guest's used towel was left on the chair. The drink glass was still there, and even the lemon was on the floor. The outdoor shower had water in it for who knows how long. The shower was not in a place to put it, but it was down on the floor. When a new guest comes, wouldn't they normally clean it? It was impossible at that point. After that, the pot was still full of water from the previous guest. I don't think it's right to not wash it. The bathtub hadn't been washed, so there was water on the floor. I had a bad feeling, so I wiped it with a towel, and it was completely brown. I paid for the bathtub, so I want them to wash it. Was the room I stayed in still the same as the previous guest's? It was their fault for forgetting to clean it. I want a full refund. It was such an unbelievable environment. I have a photo of it. I forgot to take a picture of what was in the pot, but I did take a picture of the rest of it because it was pretty terrible.

We stayed at the Heart of the Sun suite last week with our family .extremely impressed with the level of service they provided . The accommodation is luxurious and comfortable at the same time . Would highly recommend it to everyone

Hotel was so tastefully and creatively done. The staff was super attentive, welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect in terms of being close enough to town but far enough to feel like a quiet paradise. Everything about how it was designed was to promote relaxation and tranquility from the glistening lighting in the rooms at night, to the giant lounger on our deck to the pages highlighted in a book in our room that was opened every night to a different passage for us to read before bed. Well done! I also loved their Pathos sister property. Even my critical teens loved it!! We will be back - and will definitely check out the other properties on the island. Thank you Elias and crew for an amazing time!

We stayed in the Pathos suite at Agalia for 3 nights and couldn’t rate it highly enough. Before we arrived, Elias from concierge was already so communicative and helpful. Our room and pools were incredible, the pools are cleaned frequently and all the staff including the pool cleaner, housekeeping team, waiters and drivers were very lovely. The owners are ethical and their foundation is for such a great cause. We hope to come back and can’t thank Agalia and the team enough for our exceptional stay!
