Agapinor Hotel

The staff could not do enough for us and made our stay comfortable. There is a nice sized pool and great views from the balconies looking out over Paphos towards the sea. We found the hotel to be clean and in a great location, perfect place for exploring the town. Would highly recommend!

Rooms are spacious and clean. Bit dated but nice enough Shower could do with a bit more power but there is a water shortage in Cyprus so that might have something to do with it. Breakfast had a fair bit to choose from, the usual stuff you would expect in a 3 star. The staff as other reviewers have said, are truly amazing.

3 days into our week stay and we are very happy. Not a posh hotel but very good value for money. People get on my nerves giving negative reviews, expecting 5* while paying 3*. Pool is a decent size and there is always sunbed spare. I have loved the food so far. Plenty of hearty tasty meat dishes at lunch and evening meal. Even the breakfast is good. Was planning on eating out most evenings but have opted to stay as we have enjoyed it that much. They do have a bit of entertainment on some evenings but the hotel mainly caters for the older generation so it's not really our scene being in my early 30's but there's plenty of bars down by the harbour which you can jump on a bus to. Bus comes every 30 minutes and is €1.50 single or €5 for a day saver. All in all very happy with what we paid

Generally clean, most staff were pleasant, food was good. Room cleaning left a bit to be desired, surfaces left dusty, bathroom not wiped around, bed not made most days. Located in the old town (city) but only a 5 min. bus ride to the tourist centre at a cost of €1.50 each way. Good bus service.

Great value for money situated at the top of town away from the harbour. Super friendly staff very chilled. Nice pool area, rooms are a good size with air con. Get a poolside room for the amqzing sunsets. I stay here a couple of times a year and have since 2004!

The staff was really rude to us, they treated us like dirt. Like someone they are making a favour for. The food was horrible and the same for two entire weeks. They served the same chicken every single night. I was sick of it. The pool use was super limited, they would come out shouting at us for sitting by the pool, but let others jump into it. It really is a good hotel, but the way they disrespected us made it horrible.

See view rooms are better and clean and tidy. Food basic but never went without. Friendly staff on the whole, reception staff think it's ok to smoke on duty and entering the hotel of coming out the lift you smell smoke. Our Room had been smoked in and was told they can't stop people. Slight attitude from reception staff as they all smoke, except one. Saying all that good location in the old town and 30 walk to harbour. I would use again and value for money. Full board+ are drinks from 12.30 to 11 pm bonus..

It's slipped since we visited 4 years ago. The food was repetitive. Trying to pay for drinks was a nightmare. No room number service or card payments. We had to go to foyer to pay. Not enough bar staff. When we checked out woman on desk didn't even look at me or speak. Pool is nice but only open for limited hours. Would prefer self catering next time
