I don't understand the bad reviews. I'm very happy with my Mahagrid Shirt! In particular Riku-san was an amazing sales person who made our visit very comfortable. I'm happy that A'gem has him as an enployee.

I asked an employee about the designer of a product, first off, they do not know the word techwear despite the apparel they have. They could also not mention a designer when I asked so, the reason was "it was bought overseas so we don't know". When shopping in Harajuku, keep an eye out for low quality clothing as it can be dropshipped like here. The price on Aliexpress for a pants they were selling is 30 Euro, they were selling it for 120.

Really friendly staff! For all those concerned by the comments relating to the apparels sold here to those in online markets, I would say that the other way round may be true - where these platforms are simply making cheaper copies of the authentic ones found in A'gem! Do take a look at the clothes and pants yourselves, and their quality and comfort really fit the price tag!

This shop along with it's other branches (A'gem in Magnet by Shibuya109), seem to be selling items bought from Aliexpress. Unfortunately, I made a purchase that cost 12,000 yen of which I found the exact same item on Aliexpress for 5000 yen.

Awesome store if you like tech and street wear. Fun and helpful staff!!

SHOPPERS BEWARE - It seems like a lot of items here are bought off aliexpress or taobao and severely marked up in price. The sukajan jacket I bought started fraying the day I got it which should not be happening for a jacket that cost me 25000 yen. Also I found the exact jacket on Aliexpress for 10000 yen cheaper. Originally went in to the store just to look around. The staff were very welcoming and inviting. I left intrigued with the Graf & Wu sweaters. After finishing shopping, I went back. The woman with blonde hair remembered me and said you came back. Although they didn’t have the sizing I wanted with some of the clothes, I ultimately left with a sweater the second time I went in. I was really appreciative of their help. Being from Canada, it’s really interesting that they ask you to put on a face covering when trying on clothes.
