We stayed at this hotel for 11 days and it was amazing. The staff were always friendly, and the rooms were kept spotless. The pool was in great shape, and the bartender created a fun, relaxed atmosphere.||The hotel restaurant is truly the best in the area. The staff are cheerful and welcoming, and the vibe is always good. Thursdays and Saturdays with live music made the evenings even more enjoyable.||All in all, we had a fantastic time — nothing bad to say!

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days and it was amazing, in one word. The staff are always friendly and the rooms were kept spotlessly clean. The pool is well-maintained and the bartender is super fun and creates a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel’s restaurant is honestly the best in the area. The staff are always cheerful and the vibe is great. Thursdays and Saturdays are especially fantastic — the live music on those nights was absolutely top-notch. All in all, nothing bad to say at all.

What an amazing experience! Had a wonderful time with my boyfriend, great pool and great service everywhere in the hotel. If you are visiting Crete, you definitely need to stay at Aggello. Hope to return soon☺️

Food was ok but not an enjoyable experience as we were watched over by staff as though we weren't entitled to be there. Very uncomfortable dining experience and rude staff. Chef hanging out of window staring at us. I'd rather pay 5 quid for a McDonald's than have that experience again.

We had an incredibly pleasant stay at Aggello Boutique hotel, it is a beautiful hotel with super nice rooms. The owners are so friendly and have an eye for detail. There is a cozy atmosphere in the hotel. ||Also in the restaurant especially Stelios of the service will give you a fantastic evening in the restaurant. Which is unforgettable and super nice!||Every Saturday they also have a Greek evening with live music. An amazing boutique hotel. We had a clean and nicely decorated room with sea view. There's a quiet Pool area with a poolbar were Jannis makes you feel welcome. You can also have a great dinner at Kostas restaurant. We had a great holiday! Thank you Kostas, Stelios and you're amazing team for your hospitality.

Nice and cozy hotel. The staff are such sweethearts, especially Stelios and Halkida who works in the restaurant beside the hotel. I would give them 100 stars if I could, the most wonderful two people ever, I already miss them. The location is good, the pool is really nice too. The beach was close and wonderful. The rooms are nice as well :) The only thing is that it can be many ants around the pool area or in the room but other than that it was wonderful

Spacious rooms, which are very clean. Good service, also at the pool area. Beach towels are provided if you don’t have any. Also optional to leave your luggage and take a shower after check-out if you leave later. Location is perfect, close to the beach and loads of good restaurants in the area. Loved it here, would come back!
