Agliolio ~ a FRESH Take on Italian

One of the best Italian dinners I’ve had in a while. Food is great quality. menu is filled with homemade dishes .we started our dinner with the caprese bruschetta, a delicious take on your traditional bruschetta appetizer. The star dishes were the eggplant rollatini, delicious and cheesy with the best sauce I’ve had. It came with your choice of pasta. I ordered the sirloin with baked ravioli, it was absolutely delicious and we had no leftovers to bring home, it was light but hearty. Our bill came to $120 with tip for two people. We had also ordered a cocktail each. The ambiance is casual and laid back. Jackie, our waitress was amazing. Parking is free and plenty of it.

This is the best italian, pizza, pasta, etc. Restaurant in Palm Beach County. Everything tastes so fresh and delicious. We come here for dinner, birthdays and any other celebration. My favoritea are the baked ziti, and the penne alla vodka. The staff is all so friendly and nice and we have always had wonderful service.

We had a great time! This was our first time here, we usually go to the Agliolio in Boynton. It was nice and familiar. The food was amazing! Service was fast. I had the fettuccine Alfredo with Cajun chicken and mushrooms and hubby had the chicken parm and spaghetti. It was perfect. Both kinds of salads are good, I had Cesar and hubby had the house. We would recommend this place and if anyone asks I would say it's awesome. Quality freshly made food 😍

Highly recommend! This is amazing Italian food. And everything is made your way. You pick your protein, then you pick what type of pasta you want then you pick the sauce. And they have a lot to choose from! All entrees come with salad and bread.

We used to eat here 5 days a week for years . After the Covid years we tried to go back . We tried 3 more times all 3 met with smaller and smaller portions and the service got worse and worse . The manager there now is why we stopped going altogether. We ate their for home made pasta which I was told not done any longer . So all the good taken away . I’m sure by now the owners are realizing they need to go back to their roots and start by hiring their old staff and cooks . Anyways it was nice while it lasted. It’s been a year since I was here last but felt they needed to hear the truth why $87 5 days a week for years stopped .

Appetizer calamari was excellent, salads were also great. Lasagna bottom was burnt with no meat and the eggplant dinner was overly salted. overall experience positive 4 out of 5 stars.

I called a few days ago to inquire about purchasing uncooked ravioli to cook at home. I was told it would be like a regular takeout order, and given a price, and more or less that matched my experience. However, what I didn’t think to ask about—what I didn’t think I needed to ask about at a restaurant that’s whole deal is fresh pasta—is whether the ravioli would be fresh or frozen. Turns out, they are frozen. If I wanted frozen ravioli I wouldn’t have bought them from a restaurant that supposedly makes fresh pasta, but it was too late for me to make other arrangements by the time I found out. I’m feeling pretty ripped off right now, and while I’ve had good experiences dining here, this leaves a pretty bad taste in my mouth, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning.

Very good Italian restaurant with both vegetarian and vegan options. Liked the ambience, location and people very much. The portions are a little small, but great in taste and very well done. Definitely makes one feel like coming back again. The eggplant cutlets are really awesome 👍👌. Happened to sit outside and had to bear the mosquito 🦟🦟🦟. The pasta was little on the uncooked end and could use a bit more cooking. Service is good and might return here again.. Coming here first time? Just remember to call ahead and make reservations.

My husband and I just returned home from Italy. I craved the authentic Italian food. I found it here!! Not just the amazing flavors, but the atmosphere, and service! I will definitely be back!!

Had dinner after Polo match, this is my first time at this restaurant. I can't say that I'll be back. The chicken was only mediocre. The pasta was overcooked, and rather soggy. I ordered a Caesar salad, what came, definitely was not a Caesar salad. Even though the food was not what I call excellent, the service was above excellent.

Great service. Very Average Italian Food. Drinks were good, and the lemon drop martini was awesome.

Agliolio is a prime example of why one shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I had one of--if not the--greatest chicken cutlets I've ever had. A but if fresh lemon juice sprinkling and I was in gastronomic heaven. While I know it's all very subjective, their cutlet was the gold standard for me. I had a salad served by one of the most maturely beautiful people waiting but I promise, her angelic face had no impact on my feelings about their food. Can't wait to return!

Small, family owned Italian restaurant in Wellington that gets super packed "in season" and is still relatively busy during other times. I come here whenever I get the chance as it's pretty far west (if you know Wellington, you know!) but it's always a great meal. This time I was feeling a bit health conscious so I opted for a house salad topped with grilled salmon and it was so good. The house salad is great here and comes paired with some garlic & olive oil bread. The salmon was juicy and well seasoned. Looking at past reviews, I've ordered fish of the day as well as pasta dishes and they've all been excellent. Keep up the great work Agliolio!!

This restaurant is always good, we made reservations on valentines night and expected some hiccups due to how busy it was. Not only did they seat us within 10 minutes of the reservation but the staff was calm cool and collected. We had a very sweet waitress who was extremely attentive and always had a smile on her face. The salad was super fresh and the food was super hot when it arrived. We have gone to much more expensive restaurants and had half the value and service. If you are in the mood for Italian please give this place a try....there is no way you will be disappointed

This is one of the best Italian restaurants here.. Delicious home made pasta and excellent sauces, and consistently great, over many years, and in both Wellington locations. I have never had a bad meal here. I highly recommend it. Very surprised Yelp didn't mention it in the recent Italian bests. That's why I decided to review.

SERENDIPITY. It's likely the one word that describes my best dining experiences. Finding Agliolio was a quirk of serendipity. Leaving the Big Dog Ranch Rescue in Loxahatchee, we desperately needed lunch. Asking for a local recommendation, we were directed to Agliolio. A quick drive down the road and we pulled into a small shopping center. Don't be fooled by surroundings, the mall houses this not-to-miss gem. In all arrogant candor, it didn't look like much when we walked in. Kind of reminiscent of an 80's upscale chain restaurant. Nothing striking. But, we were warmly greeted and seated and found ourselves looking at a neatly organized menu of hot and cold Italian specialties. Our server was bubbly and conversational. Sharing plates to maximize the experience, we ordered baked lasagne with bolognese and a chicken parmigiana sub. A lightly dressed, fresh Caesar salad to start, mains arrived with perfect timing. Digging in, we instantly acknowledged the culinary skill. The chicken parm is lightly breaded and sliced to facilitate eating. A gentle slather of tasty sauce and mozzarella on fresh crisped Italian bread. Quite good. But, the lasagna was the superstar. Pasta cooked al dente. A bolognese that was a perfectly seasoned meaty treat. Baked cheeses on top. And, a healthy sized portion. Happy eating sounds all around. Filtered water at the table. Bottomless refills of diet soda. An exceptionally reasonable check. The sum of the details was a great find. Thoroughly enjoyed. Recommended. We will return!

Still one of the best pasta places I've been to! Inside the place is very family friendly. The low lights give it a nice vibe. There are booths and tables available. There is also outdoor seating if you prefer. The staff are great and very helpful with the menu. You can customize basically everything on the menu! There are a ton of options for your pasta combo. The sauce and toppings options are included in the price. The only thing additional is the protein you add on. And you also have the option of a double portion as well. Each dish comes with your choice of house or Caesar salad and bread. The bread is drenched in oil and its absolutely delicious! For appetizer we tried the fried mozzarella and it was so good! The cheese was definitely fresh and nice and ooey gooey! We also opted for a bottle of wine and the best part is, you can take home what you don't finish! They will bag up the bottle for you with your receipt so you can take it home. Great place for a pasta craving!

This was our first time at Agliolio. We arrived around 5 and it was fairly empty. It's a spacious restaurant with both booths and tables. We were seated immediately and Mia our server came to take drink orders and to go over their unique menu. Mia was an excellent server and kept the drinks full and offered up all kinds of suggestions about items on the menu. I went with a really tasty Caesar salad, shrimp parmigiana, linguini in a Sunday gravy of meatball and sausage and for dessert some very tasty zepollis. All in all it was very enjoyable evening and I will be happily returning. Also as we were leaving the line to get in outside was huge. So if you wanna go I suggest you go early.

So we heard about this place through yelp looking for a place to eat after we went to the Wellington park. Saw the great reviews so we had to try. Customer Service was great our server, I wish I remembered her name(She had blonde hair) was so accommodating and attentive. She walked us through the menu and gave great suggestions. The quality of the food was impeccable and cost reasonable. Here is what we ordered and loved. Made a quick reservation, got seated immediately. Servers are so kind and attentive. Saturday 6pm, place was packed! Loud, fun, dark, moody. Music playing, and just great family time. Large booths, and the freshest Italian food in Wellington. Thanks for a perfect night out. Cesar salad - fresh and salty and perfect Tomato soup - creamy and rich Pizza-bility, build your own Pasta-bility, Alfredo, veggies, pancetta - out of this world delicious!!

The food is amazing! I had the pasta with pesto with roasted garlic. Fantastic! I would go back again and again.

This was my first time dining at Agliolio. I've heard many great things from fellow patrons and I must say they lived up to their reputation. I met my friend for a 1PM lunch on Sunday afternoon. We made an online reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. The restaurant appeared to be busy and became busier during our stay. The menu is vast with a wide variety of options. I was torn between a chicken entrée and a create your own pasta bowl, but in the end I opted for the CYO bowl. I chose whole wheat fusilli pasta for my base with grilled chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, and Fra Diavolo sauce. All the pastas are made in-house. I received a generous portion of all except the broccoli was minimal. The meals are served with soup or salad and I opted for a side Caesar. The salad was perfectly chilled and the croutons had a great texture. I was pleased with both my meal and salad. We started with fresh Italian bread and butter which was delicious. I arrived ravenous and left no bite behind! My friend ordered the Chicken Francese and her portion was also very generous. Additionally, she had a scrumptious looking side of linguine with garlic and zucchini. She paired her dish with a garden salad. Unlike me, she had leftovers. I was in it to win it after Sunday spin. We sat a booth which was comfortable and the restaurant was clean. Nancy was our server and she was both efficient and friendly. She informed us about the daily specials and was knowledgeable when I asked questions. Finally, I visited the restroom on my way out and it too was clean. I would definitely recommend Agliolio and dine here again if in Wellington. Unfortunately, I have no photos to share because I was too busy enjoying quality time with my friend. =)

Went for lunch today with my dog & best friend. The restaurant graciously allowed me to bring my service dog inside as long as I kept her off of the furniture & also let me know I was free to eat outside as well. I sat inside & had no issues! My friend and I both had the angel hair pasta, with pink sauce, grilled chicken & fresh Parmesan. Absolutely perfection. Even for lunch portions, I had enough leftover for my dinner & to let my husband try. The sauce was more orange than pink - not exactly a vodka sauce but delicious nonetheless. Our meal came with Caesar salad & bread with oil and black pepper. I'm not typically a fan of Caesar salad, but this restaurant's was creamy perfection. The bread was simple and amazing. Lunch portion was about $20 + tip For dessert, the chocolate lasagna. The chocolate lasagna was actually the reason that I came! It has a very dark chocolatey taste. I personally wouldn't order it again, though the description really piqued my interest. All of the staff was kind & attentive throughout our meal. The ambiance/restaurant's interior could use some updating, though we were comfortable. Thank you for a great filling meal!

The food at Agliolio is always top notch and top quality. The zoodles (zucchini noodles) are seriously amazing, especially if you get them dripped in agliolio sauce with garlic and broccoli. I have never had a negative experience at this restaurant. Delicious.

I went to Aglioli with my family and their friends for our New Year's dinner celebration. We went at 6 pm to start the party early because we had 4 youngsters with us. We were seated and greeted and the children were served very quickly. While waiting they were entertained with coloring their placemats. The children got fed within minutes from the children's menu. That was a true blessing. Val was our waitress. Wow, she was terrific. She went one by one and got our orders and she made great recommendations. Gratis garlic bread was on the table. A soup or salad is included with the dinner. I had the delicious tomato soup. Then we picked our entree and added the homemade pasta from a list of various types, added our choice of sauce and if you want, a choice of vegetables. I had a veal Francese with a spinach pasta and lots of veggies mixed in with a lemon scampi sauce. The portions were very generous and the prices very fair. The venue is in a plaza on a corner and there is lots of parking. The inside is dark and very noisy but it's definitely a family place. Nothing fancy but good food and service. We didn't stay for dessert because we had other plans at the house. This was the right spot for our family celebration.

I love this restaurant! Everything is absolutely delicious. Their pasta is always fresh and taste is so balanced and flavorful. It's very affordable! I love to get a bottle of Pinot for my dinner here. Never disappoints! Recommended!

Really cute Italian spot in Wellington. My sister said she made a reservation and I'm like for what?? But I understand now. It's a family owned business and very busy corner spot in a bustling plaza. The food was not the healthiest choice but it tastes good and the quality is there. The make your own pasta is fun, and the pizza was really nice. Kids menu was so cute to learn Italian too.

The pasta is definitely 5 star the ability to get in and the noice level is a bit much. We put in a reservation but still had a wait. The restaurant was very loud. The menu is set up like a "create your own" you pick your protein, pasta, sauce and toppings. I got the angel hair pasta with Alfredo, chicken artichoke hearts, and spinach. Their pasta and Alfredo sauce was delicious!

First time to this location. Got a great eggplant dish. And zoodles. Portion was generous , 2 meals for me. My sister got the eggplant rolotini , also delicious. Will return

We have gotten local delivery through Door Dash a few times from Agliolio and every time the meal was fabulous! Great flavor and generous sized portions. We will continue to buy food from this establishment.

A really good place for lunch. We were seated right away in a large comfy booth. We ordered the fried zuchinni a an appetizer. It was hot and crispy with a nice sauce. The garlic bread impressed me because each piece was crunchy, chewy and coated with oil and garlic. Devon was an excellent server. He brought us a large bottle of water to start. All of the food flowed out perfectly. He was quick to clean off empty plates from the table. The lemon orzo chicken soup was delicious. My expectations were low as I've had some lousy lemon orzo soup in the past. I could have just had a large bowl of this soup with their bread. The chicken parmesan was as good as other reviewers stayed. The portion of pasta was huge. With the meat sauce, it was enough for another meal.

The soup and appetizer was wonderful, but the sauce for the pasta lacked flavor also pasta was a little overcooked. Overall it was a decent experience, the service was friendly. It's kind a small in there which can almost feel like it's a little loud in there. I think there might be a better more authentic Italian place elsewhere, but this still filled me up, and wasn't terrible. Just plain.

I've been going to the restaurant in Wellington since they opened. The new restaurant on 441 & Stribling is a little but closer to home, so we, my family has gone there a little more often. This afternoon I made a reservation for 6:30 pm. When I arrived at 6:25 I was told the earliest I could have a table was 7:00 pm. I asked why and was told because a couple of big parties had shown up. I asked if they weren't honoring the reservations and was told 'no'. Let me be perfectly clear. The food is exceptional, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I happened to have a bad experience with a reservation. I'll always go back.

Agliolio where the "g" is silent. This place makes their pasta from scratch. Their prices are under $20 a meal and you could add as many vegetables and other items to the pasta as you like. Meat is always an extra fee. They used to do happy hour. But they no longer have any type of happy hour as of today. If you want a good solid pasta dish, it's a great place to go. I would recommend reservations because they are very busy sometimes. They make an extremely delicious grilled chicken Parmesan so you don't have to worry about feeling bad about dinner. If you don't want the pasta you can get zoodles which is zucchini noodles or you could get a side of vegetables They are opening a new one on Lantana Road at the new development which is closer to my house, and I have a feeling this will be our new go to place

The best Italian I ever had had in Palm Beach. The pasta is made fresh on the premises. You can tell the pasta was so delicious. Had house salad very fresh ingredients. We went to the newly opened one on S SR7 in Wellington

The food was incredible, waitress the most kind and lovely. However, we are on vacation from out of state and I have never felt so rushed in my life. Our reservation was for 6:00 and we were out the door at 6:40... a lot of money to be rushed... drinks, bread, appetizers, salads all came at once, before we finished anything here comes dinner. My husband didn't even get to drink his sangria until after he paid for the meal. Even the kids were feeling rushed. We have left overs for days but it's because we never got a chance to truly eat. For $161.00 not including tip I was so disappointed.

Service was fine, ambiance felt like a sports bar. Food was not the best, caesar salad was soggy and had 3 croutons and no parmesan. Lettuce wasn't the best. Meatballs were not very good, ricotta made up for it but the actual meatballs lacked test. Buratta was decent, tomatoes were ripe but nothing crazy. Best thing was the eggplant panini, I would rate a solid 7/10. Eggplant was crispy, good bread and cheese was great! Chicken Parm's pasta was rubbery and sauce had no flavor. The lasagna was also pretty mediocre. For the price point you could find better Italian in the area. I think there's a lot of potential here, I believe the ingredients just didn't taste the freshest.

This was our first time dining at Agliolio. We saw all of the excellent reviews on Yelp and thought we'd give it a try. We loved it!!! The food was delicious, and we loved our waitress, Taylor! Can't wait to go back again!

Unfortunately I took my family here only 1 time. We ordered simple Italian food exp chicken parmesan with spaghetti. What we got wasnt in my personal opinion Chicken Parm. It was cover with too much sauce . A small amount of what they called mozzarella cheese they gave me something other than spaghetti. My child order penne alla vodka which the sauce was red not pink. We sent our food back and lefted tge restaurant that evening. This was more than 1 year ago. I am hoping to see if things have gotten better because Unfortunately Wellington is limited on Italian food restaurants.

I'll start with good. Service was excellent!! The bread before dinner was also great.after that dinner fruit de mari was no good. I had veal and was soggy and just not good. The place is LOUD, REAL LOUD. Wellington in a nice town but restaurants there are mediocre at best. Go to downtown West Palm or Palm Beach for decent food. May pay a bit more but worth it. The dessert was ok, powdered covered doughnuts

Came here once by myself, then had to come back with my boyfriend and he was not disappointed! The food is freshly made, everyone is so friendly, and the customer service is great. Tried my first legendary espresso martini and it did not dissapoint. I wish I remembered the name of the bartender! But ask and I'm sure they'll be able to tell you lol.

The restaurant has a wonderful outdoor area with ceiling fans, so summer or winter,we bring our dog and eat outside. The food is good, the service is terrific and the employees are inevitably personable and efficient. If you need clarification or modification on a particular menu selection, it's readily provided. Any of their pasta dishes are delicious! One of our favorite local restaurants in town.

This is one our favorite places it makes us feel like we are home on our kitchen. The service was a little off last night but the food is always wonderful! We started with the house salad with a sweet homemade dressing, and to top it off with fresh shredded cheese. We each chose to create our own we each had angel hair pasta with a variety of toppings. My husband was in mood for meatballs and my choice was the Italian sausage. It was the most delicious meal. We will be back until next time, Peace out !!

Everything was lovely! Love the make your own whatever you want! I had the zoodles and added a whole lot of veggies and grilled eggplant - got a salad to start. Yummm! Love sitting outdoors! Would love to have a vegetarian protein option to add- tempeh, tofu, beans of any kind... I'd add beans to my dish and be swimmingly happy! Can't wait to come back!

First time eating at this restaurant. For a first timer I must say the menu is overwhelming and confusing. That's my only critique otherwise the service was great. Everything came out super quick and it was delicious! Inside had a small wait and the weather outside was nice so we opted for outside seating. The waitresses were just as attentive to outside as they were for the inside guests. I will be returning. There is NOTHING like homemade fresh pasta

Service, food and atmosphere perfect. Stumbled upon this place through my Yelp app and was definitely not disappointed. My husband had ordered the bolognese with penne, server recommended the Sunday gravy with meatballs and sausage, which he absolutely loved. I had the pink sauce with grilled shrimp, was absolutely delicious. The pasta is fresh and home made. We will definitely be back and I would not be surprised if this becomes one of our new go-to's. Alexa, our server, was phenomenal. Even the biz boy asked if we enjoyed our meal and said he hoped to see us back. I only wish I had taken pictures.

Came in from out of town, never been here before and we would go back. Honey and I shared the veal Parmigiana entree off the dinner menu and it was more than enough. The bread w garlic oil is addicting. A side of spinach (more garlic!) w the ziti as our pasta. They got a lot busier as we were leaving , glad for them! Sorry no pics

This is THE BEST Italian food in Palm Beach County that I know of and I'm a native Floridian... fresh made pasta and delicious salads and fantastic desserts. It has great service and professional staff. The ambiance is clean and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I hate that I have to give my favorite restaurant a mediocre review. But that's what it has become. The last several times I've been there expecting the years of good experience. But no not anymore. Sadly this restaurant is mediocre at best. The servers want to be good but they now have too many tables. They can't check on you. Ive had salad with no dressing, pasta with missing ingredients,forgotten appetizers,forgotten drinks and refills Unable to get anything with no one checking on the table. Tonight they are no longer a favorite. No one to get me another drink,another appetizer, small serving. I hate it when you feel forgotten Sweet servers but I'm very sad to say goodbye

We came on the recommendation of Yelp. We ordered a salad($10.) and a pizza. The salad was very small. The pizza tasted like it had been frozen and baked. I don't think we will return.
