Hello,
Ithink I will not go to this store, which I have been to before and live close enough to be considered a neighbour, again. On 26.07.25 in the evening, I went in to buy a leather bag directly. And when I looked at the product, I noticed that there was a colour and material defect at the bottom of the bag. There was no problem in other colours of the same model bag. I told the shop assistant and she said I could get a 10% discount. I don't think a 10% discount for a 50 euro defective bag is fair, but I accepted it because I liked the bag very much. Then I went to the cashier, paid and took a look;There is a hole in the bottom base of the bag. I told this to the attendant and she gave me really interesting reactions at first and said he couldn't do anything. Then, when I repeatedly said that this was not right and that it was very wrong, he said that I could return it.
First of all;
-You have to make sure that the product you sell in the store is perfect in full quality.
-You shouldn't offer me a 10% discount as if it was a favour.
-You should demand lower or half of the amount for a defective, torn product.
-You should be embarrassed for selling a defective product, not egoised.
Best Regards!
