Agonda Paradise

This was a pleasant stay for us. We had not expected it to be good but the room was very good with stunning sea view. They even had the provision of candle light on the beach. Only cons was the food for which we found an alternative.;) and there were stray dogs inside the property. However, given a chance I would definitely have extended the stay given the beautiful beach view from our room.Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are good even sea facing is there, its seems newly built but the worst part is service and amenities. Worst In night have asked for toiletries , staff told me that they will provide in morning. In morning called 7-8 times no body was there finally I went there and got at 8 am. No tea coffee arrangement in morning , even hot water cattle , tea coffee sache , refrigerator, hair dryer nothing in rooms. Washroom exhaust is not there its bloody very suffocating and painful to use. Finally while checking out, asked for a simple masala tea and they took half an hour to serve in cafe. There is no option for 0 star else they deserve 0 star for service. Not recommending at all if you are looking for good services, good food and amenities.

Location is the best thing in this resort, just beside the beach and kids would love it. Rooms were clean, AC didnt work when I checked in, staffs fixed it once i have called it out. Its high time for them to upgrade to better AC for good cooling. Dog poop in the lawn which makes a poor experience, They should consider cleaning it regularly or take care of the pets.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Ambience was great but few things I need to pointed out. 1. They did not give complimentary things like beach launger, tea coffee sachets along with electric kettle. (These things given by other hotels in this area) 2. KITCHEN is really in unhygienic condition that's why we did not eat there. (Just visit once randomly you will get to know) 3. Staff behaviour UNCOOPERATIVE. He said how can I gave you service if you don't eat in our restaurant (i just ask him to get a disposable plates or normal 3-4 plates and my friend asked hot water or tea to drink in morning as there is no kettle over there.) 4. STAFF again rudely told us by any condition you have to vacate room by 11 (and we did ) but there should be some mannerism need to be followed in service industry that your staff did not followed. 5. When we went to KASHINATH, SOULMATE we suddenly get warm treatment by there. Agonda paradise staff need staff need to learn these from other neighbouring hotels. 6. Beach and sometimes in garden dogs poops which remain there that's a serious problem. 7. Rooms are but congested bathroom is small I don't know the logic but cammode and bathing area too close. You will feel heavy vibration over here. 8. Owner mam also not pick up phone. Usually you to call her 5-6 times. (Although if u r giving good thses little things won't matter but we seriously felt staff behaviour and room service upgradation needed) Due to these differences I must say I will probably not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please improve your staff's work ethics. Reply to mam's response 1st point is you should, I am not saying you must give. Your competitors giving these amenities and you don't. I said your restaurant is unhygienic because it looks unhygienic just visit your kitchen once. Your prices are budget friendly we did not ordered food because of your KITCHEN and STAFF BEHAVIOUR. You might got wrong information we asked them that they can give 4-5 plates before we ordered food from outside. We asked because KASHINATH restaurant people says it's usual practice, we do share common customers over here restaurants. Anyway plates provided by KASHINATH HOTEL STAFF (they are really friendly I just said your staff must learn work ethics from them because they really treat us like normal person as one should do.) Please clearify you mentioned in your pdf that outside food and liquor not allowed. Because I have that pdf and it's not mentioned in it. Other than that please let me know if any other rules we don't follow i will happy to share my side of story. I am not giving review only because rude staff behaviour and unhygienic condition - we booked hotel by seeing trip advisor and Google rating customer should I fair idea what we should expect what not that's why I am writing. I am talking of multiple calls while booking and after booking. Not about your staff please read once again mam. If you want I can attach screenshots of it. Your staff himself said mam did not pick up call many people are complaining the same while BOOKING. Yes I mentioned dogs problem all over beach. Yes mam I nowhere mentioned water is not available i just want to say normal drinking water (not paid one is available) almost all restaurants we stayed over week had 2 types of drinking water. One normal tap water which we can drink with no charge and other is water bottle which is chargeable. If you still think any point missing I am happy to share things thank you

Booked sea view deluxe cottage, but allocated garden view deluxe cottage.. I had doubt if foundations are strong. Lot of vibrations in the room if some one walking in corridor... Summed up with poor quality air conditioner. Not a pleasant experience overall...

Nice place, beach view! We can have food in the beach, they'll arrange tables for that. They won't allow outside food or alcohol there, but we didn't know this and brought half of our team's food from outside. Remaining people had food and drinks from them only. But they didn't allow us to eat at the same table at first, we had to plead a lot and after long arguments they agreed. They could've allows us in the first place instead of arguing.

This is a beach facing property with cottages. Room was sufficient with a big washroom. We could see the beach laying on our bed which was great. Food was amazing.

Location is USP of this place. Absolutely stunning view from the balcony and beach is really close. Not to forget , it’s a nice , clean, safe and kid friendly beach with breathtaking sunset. However service could have been better. We had to ask for house keeping and even chase them though its just beginning of the season and it was not fully occupied ( September) . Pratham and Kumar were helpful. Some good eating points nearby , a grocery cum pharmacy is very close. However , lot of dogs on way but they were harmless considering the we had kids with us. Overall great experience, i will recommend this place for serenity.
