Excellent hotel with breathtaking views. The staff was extremely polite and humble. Outstanding service throughout the stay. Rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Great value for money—affordable and comfortable. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay at Agonda!

Rating: 0/5 Don’t Waste your time and Money*** We have recently visited Agonda Paradise during the last week of April’25. We booked 2 nights stay and unfortunately, our experience was TERRIBLE and would definitely not want any tourist to go through this as soon as they reach Goa. We went to Goa for a vacation but the owner messed our vacation from beginning itself!! Her name is Sheetal and she was very rude, no sense of Hospitality!!!! We were two MARRIED couples along with one of our Cousin… When we reached first thing they asked us to show ID proof proving our family relations. We gave them our WEDDING invite and Showed them our WEDDING REAL Photos yet the owner denied the proofs!! She was very ADAMANT and looks like she already made her mind to not allows us to stay!!! We asked for extra room Sheetal denied!! We asked for extra matterress she denied!!! She wanted to know relationship of five of us and inspite of giving all the evidence Madam was not in mood to give us rooms.. She started denying because we question her back about her Hotel policy where it is NOT mentioned COUSINS CANNOT stay together!!! When we asked her what about people who are in live in and how she takes proof of them.. she said she know who is telling truth and she can predict who can marry in further so based in that she allows guests!!! She first denied and refused to give our refund!!! She spoke very ruthlessly to us.. we were her guests and it’s not like she was giving it for free!!! All payments were made in advance… we were frustrated because we travelled for 14hours by road, reached around 4pm it was extremely hot!! They did not provide any water/welcome drink!!! The issue is not that she denied.. but her EGO was more important than the guests who have come for a vacation!!! Some, maturity is required for this lady!! She needs to undergo some Hospitality training!!!

Till date my worst experience that has ever happened while checking in to a hotel.|This was going to be our second time at this stay, reason being the previous stay experience was good.|However this time the experience was something which none of us had ever expected.|We were a family of five and were asked to show the proof of being related to each other.|We agreed to show them our marriage photos and even showed them our wedding invite which was coincidentally present in the car at that time.|However then the owner, who goes by the name of Mrs Sheetal, asked us to show us the proof of being brother and sister.|When counter argued, that how can someone proof that they are cousins, she mentioned that in that case males and females will have to stay in separate rooms.|I then asked her that whether she allows unmarried couples at her hotel, to which she replied she does after getting the assurance that they will eventually get married.|After travelling for around 10 hours, standing and waiting at the hot and humid reception for area for one hour, without even being asked for water, this absurd and senseless reply was the only thing left to make our experience worse.|I told her that in that case she should mention in either the booking apps or on website thay they don't allow cousins without any proof to which she replied it is mentioned but obviously it was not mentioned anywhere.|My humble request to Mrs Sheetal to at least think before speaking so as to not make a fool of herself and to learn a little bit of courtesy on how to treat guests(which she can learn from her next door hotel as well)

Had a terrible experience on reaching the resort after travelling for 11-12 hours in humid climate of last of April. At first they asked for IDs which we promptly gave. After verification was done, instead of feeling our tired situation and offering welcome drinks or even water, they began to ask unnecessary questions, such as how is everyone related to each other which were intrusive and affronting, but we still gave them those details too with proofs. They then began to object to our stay and told us to align to a "never been heard before" policy of "siblings cannot stay in one room" which we found as gravely unfair as we were a group of two couples and a cousin and situation was being pushed into an unwanted difficulty for us. After trying and making an effort to convince for one hour, it fell on deaf ears. We were prepared to pay for an extra room but it never came to that because of owners rude attitude and she also reverted back on her words initially allowing for an extra person accommodation. Proceed to book at this stay at peril of your mood and vibe!!

Fantastic beach touching boutique hotel at Agonda. Rooms elevate your holiday spirits with panaromic view of the sea from the large balcony. Food offerred was great as well. The hotel offers good parking soace too. Their staff, especially Pratham was very helpful in parking, checkin, checkinout and room services. Only drawback was the unclean AC and problem with bathroom latch which was promised to be repaired on very first day but didnt happen till my checkout after 2 days. The agonda atea has some voltage issuee with electricity dept and the hotel staff keeps avoiding running the generator which made afternoon stay very hot and uncomfortable. If not for these issues, would have surely given 5 star rating for the great value.

Rooms are good even sea facing is there, its seems newly built but the worst part is service and amenities. Worst In night have asked for toiletries , staff told me that they will provide in morning. In morning called 7-8 times no body was there finally I went there and got at 8 am. No tea coffee arrangement in morning , even hot water cattle , tea coffee sache , refrigerator, hair dryer nothing in rooms. Washroom exhaust is not there its bloody very suffocating and painful to use. Finally while checking out, asked for a simple masala tea and they took half an hour to serve in cafe. There is no option for 0 star else they deserve 0 star for service. Not recommending at all if you are looking for good services, good food and amenities.

One Word - BAD. Sometimes you really regret why there isn't Zero rating to pull down a place's otherwise 3.5-4 star ratings. This place is one of them. 1) The capacity of airconditioner is not sufficient to the size of room. 2) Staff was reluctant to acknowledge the problem with A/C. 3) They agreed to change our room after almost an hour of argument which was very discomfort in the humidity after a tiresome journey. 4) The changed room had running water issues which took another hour to resolve delaying our further plans. 5) Rooms are very ordinary for the price charged. Pedestal fan in the room creating congestion in an already cramped room. No complimentary breakfast. And all of this for a steep price.

To, Potential customers of this place who’re coming with their families, Please book this place only if you have the following documents: Govt. ID for your identity proof, marriage certificates or wedding invites for proving to a ‘resort’ that you are married, Magically produce a sibling certificate if you’re unlucky enough to have a cousin along, Produce an ancestory certificate to convince the owner of your mutual relationships, And yeah, bring lots of patience to answer the most absurd questions, filled with paranoia and devoid of logic. If you’re an unmarried couple: You’re welcome if you promise to the ‘matchmaker owner’ that you guys will marry later (maybe she wants to be invited). Basically, you book only if you’re prepared to be grilled (that is if you’re not already grilled by Goa’s heat!) on your personal information like you’re applying for a ration card. It’s actually a Paradise which can be accessed by the lucky (or unlucky) ones who pass the owner’s world of absurdity. Good luck!
