Agoura Orthodontics by Snow

I would not recommend this office. There appears to be very high turn-over of doctors and each would change their minds or have differing opinions of care. My daughter's teeth were moved back and forth unnecessarily among other things. Our family dentist urged us to go elsewhere which we did, having to pay for services again for adequate and more innovative care. I would recommend an office were the doctors own the practice and are not employees.

My two kids both got their braces at Snow Orthodontics and their braces are just removed. We are very happy with the results. We chose this office because 1) I didn't want my kids had teeth extractions since they don't have a serious overbite. 2) my kids feel comfortable and like the office. 3) reasonable cost. Dr. Ogbevoen is very nice doctor and everyone in the office are so nice. I highly recommend the office or at least stop by and see for yourselves.

Snow Orthodontics was a fantastic experience. Dr. Nehi was fantastic, incredibly informative, supportive, and clear. The entire staff at Snow Orthodontics is very helpful. It is easy to make appointments and their text reminders are also great if you forget the date. They are also constantly available for orthodontic related emergencies. Because of the great staff at Snow Orthodontics, I was able to complete my treatment in a remarkably punctual manner. Thanks for everything!

The staff at Snow Orthodontics in Agoura Hills are friendly and professional and I've had nothing but a positive experience. Dr. Crowder is great too. She really makes the whole process feel easy and pleasant. My daughter and I both have braces and were both doing great.

Every single person that I encountered rocked!!! 5 stars across the board!!!!!!!!!! I started with Daisy, Eli, and Dr. Mike along with their amazing (front-desk) team in Palmdale. They are my go-to staff and are absolutely amazing!!! Daisy was my main technician, and she is very skilled at her job. Daisy should be Dr. Daisy because she is caring, on top of all scheduling, and just that incredible! Dr. Mike in Palmdale handled 95% of my treatment, and I so pleased with his quality of service and my exceptional results! Towards the end of my treatment, I transferred locations, closer to my home, (Agoura). After transferring locations, I had the privilege to meet Nico, Dr. Johnny, and Dr. Lee, as well as their amazing (front desk) staff. Everyone here was also phenomenal! Here at Agoura, Nico should be Dr. Nico. He was truly the best to work with from this location. He made sure I was comfortable, he was on top of everything, and he assisted the doctors professionally throughout my final ortho adjustments. All of the Orthodontists... Dr. Mike, Dr. Lee, and Dr. Johnny are exceptional at their craft. I love the fact that they each truly cared and listened to my needs. My smile is testimony to their craft... perfect...and they are all great at what they do! Thanks again!!!!

Absolutely the best! Both of my daughters have had amazing results. I have referred many friends to this office. The entire staff is friendly and very welcoming. They always treat us like family!

I've been going to Dr. Growder for years and will not go anywhere else. Dr. Crowder is the best! She was referred to me by several friends. Its been years since I've had my adult braces removed but, I continue go to Snow for all my check ups/follow up. The staff is very professional and efficient.

Dr. Crowder is fantastic! The office runs smoothly and as an adult going to an orthdontist, I appreciate coming in when the office has other adults rather than the after school crowd. The office has ample parking, it's easy to change an appointment time and everyone is always so friendly. Wonderful orthodontist, great staff and lovely office!

Not happy with the Agoura Office. Our son completed first phase of Invisalign and we made an appointment to see if he needed to continue with 2nd phase. When I asked basic questions to determine if this was necessary, the orthodontist was not able to answer clearly and instead replied condescendingly "You don't see a problem?" The same orthodontist told me one thing verbally regarding need for surgery, and wrote something else in the referral to the surgeon. As a parent, you are left with the impression, that this office only cares about your money - not your child. The quicker you sign a treatment contract the better, and even better if you don't ask questions. We have changed to another orthodontist, who is respectful, capable and always ready and able to answer all questions related to orthodontic care. On another note, the ladies in the reception are not always professional when writing/following up on emails.

I have had TWO horrible experiences at the Agoura Office. One WELL prior to Covid. I was told my Invisalign would take 6-8 weeks to arrived and they would call me. After almost 10 weeks, I called, and asked enough questions to establish that my trays had arrived several weeks prior. They were "too busy" to call me. After my retainer cracked, I paid for a thicker material retainer to be ordered. After driving 80 miles round trip to pick it up, I was told "sorry we did not other the thicker material, we have been so busy." Please know at Snow Orthodontists YOU are going to have to be on top of them if you actually want your money or times worth. You will not get an apology yet the blame game over and over. Highly suggest going to your local or family owned business or practice that will treat you like family vs an inconvenience in their busy schedule.

Got my Invisalign trays today. PM Jazmine was thoughtful and helpful and Dr Rehil was thorough and super kind. I would recommend this office highly.

Honestly, I don't know where the bad reviews are coming from. I've been going to Snow Orthodontics For the past 3 years and it's the most welcoming, honest and caring office. I have nothing negative to say about them. Dr. Nehi really cares about and does what is best. All the staff are great and they were NEVER pushy to get braces from them. The waiting room was fast and I was late a few times and they were so nice about it. Being a mom of twins, it's hard to be in time for things. I would 100% recommend them to anyone that needs an orthodontist. And yay, my braces are off now :) I love my smile and couldn't be happier. Thank you :)

It was my first time going to this office normally go to other snow ortho. I loved the positive attitude and greeting from the front. Felt very welcomed, the ortho assistance we very helpful and friendly. Dr. Nehi is amazing very empathic, caring, takes time to listen, and went above and beyond to help me. Alot of gratitude for his knowledge, patience, and assistance! Highly recommend him he one of the best orthodontist I have encountered.

10 our of 10 I would recommend to anyone that is thinking about having ortho work done! Dr. Nehi, Amy and the crew are amazing! From the second that I walked in I felt so welcomed and they did an outstanding job on my teeth! Not only were they super understanding of my wants and desires but I feel that I have made lifelong friends throughout the journey!

If possible, we would give Doctor Chantelle Ghiam, the receptionists, and the technicians seven stars. The most gentle, caring, and professional service we've ever experienced - a small office with a big heart. It is highly recommended.

Dr Nehi has done a wonderful job straightening my teeth. I'm very pleased with his work and with the outcome. I'm in my late 50's and had braces as a kid but my teeth never looked good. I just finished treatment today and I love my teeth for the first time ever!

The 5 star reviews are fake to cover up the bad ones. Scroll down to Rachael Fs review. She made a good point that if an office is not busy do not go. They will not take the time with you as they didn't with me. You only have one set of teeth for life. This office is also very expensive. After I got my braces off with Yazdan Alami on Lindero Canyon Rd I saved a total of $1200. I would recommend him anyday over Dr. Nehi and Crowder.

Unfortunately we got caught up in the switch over to Snow Orthodontics and ended up with a very bad experience. Dr. Crowder was not happy, the treatment became very poor and so many mistakes were made on every visit. We made multiple trips back to have wires fixed, braces added because they forgot to put them back on. Both kids had mouth pain on multiple occasions due to being stuck by staff working on them. Most times there was not doctor in and nobody to review progress. When doctor was in she did a good job of giving the fluff and getting us to think all was going well. I pulled both and took them for a second opinion. They now have shortened roots, jaw aches and issues that may not ever go away. In addition, they need additional work to repair damage done and finish a successful treatment. I strongly recommend that if you use this company, stay on top of treatment at all times and do not hesitate to get a second opinion on the progress.

I had braces as a teenager and many years later as an adult my teeth had shifted. I decided to do the Invisalign treatment and couldn't be happier with my results. I would definitely recommend Snow orthodontics for all of your orthodontic needs. The staff is great!!

I've had an amazing experience here in Augoura location! Doctor Nehi is amazing!!! He is very much a perfectionist and that's a great quality to have in a Dentist especially in ortho!!! Glad I switched to this location!! My teeth looks amazing thanks to them!! Bryan is always super on top of things getting things moving along and asking if your comfortable and ok he very caring been amazing!! Amy is also a pleasure she is always super sweet upbeat and in a great mood I'm gonna have to make a reason to come back and visit them!! Sarah is the sweetest at front desk I feel like we can just get along and talk about anything this group of staff I just love them make you feel right at home!!

I was hesitant to get Invisalign, but I heard great reviews about snow Orthodontics. I'm SO glad I came here to start my treatment! I came on Invisalign day and saved 750 dollars! But my favorite part about this place is the staff. Dr. Nehi, kamryn, and hector are my favorite people! And front desk is so welcoming. Love this place and recommend it to everyone!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!! I was a patient of dr crowder. Very pushy lady who suggested I get braces a 2nd time after already having them for 4 years. She is money hungry and wants to get the maximum out of her patients. She also added bondo (cement) to my front teeth, which have yellowed severely over time. My current dentist said it was a huge mistake and can't be removed! I'm currently in small claims court with Sharon M Crowder for overcharging me and doing unnecessary procedures that are permanent on me and my brother. Save your money, any other orthodontist but this one, make sure you shop around first and make sure it's a busy office. Not a cash cow business where they have kids as 90 percent of their clientele.

Dr Nehi is the best! I have been straightening my teeth using their in-house aligners. The price is great. Dr Nehi is attentive to my concerns and has been working hard to straighten my last stubborn tooth. My son has been a patient as well. The entire staff is friendly and the office is always clean and inviting.

They have great customer service I really appreciate that. They are also understanding of schedules and really try to work out a plan for each individual. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

I have been going to Snow in Agoura Hills since 2016 and cannot say enough great things about the staff friendliness and professionalism. Everyone, especially the new Orthodontist, Dr. Nehi is amazing. I had a very complicated jaw alignment issue where some treatments were not working. Dr. Nehi thoroughly reviewed my case, consulted his peers and came up with a treatment strategy that got results. He is kind, smart, fun and makes the what can be daunting experience pleasant. I highly recommend him and this practice.

Our daughter just got her braces off and we couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Nehi is not only brilliant and talented but he is one of the nicest, most easy-going people we have ever met. He listens (and for teenagers that's a big deal) and really cares. He gets to know the people whose teeth he fixes and that really makes for a better experience. Additionally, the entire staff (Brian, in particular) is beyond helpful, friendly, and caring. My daughter literally looked forward to her appointments. If you want your teeth to look perfect and you want a kind, caring, and fun staff in the process, we highly recommend Dr. Nehi at Snow Orthodontics.

The entire staff at Snow Orthodontics is literally my favorite! I was a 27 year old getting my braces on again and felt extremely insecure about it. They walked me through the whole process, scheduled appointments to when I prefered, joked and laughed during every visit and made me feel like the only patient in the room. Although my journey with them is soon coming to an end, I might get braces on again... just for fun : )

I just got my braces taken off last week and couldn't be any happier with the results! I absolutely loved the service from day 1. Sandra Gonzales was so helpful with my payment plan and helped me work out a perfect payment plan. If it was not for her help I don't think I could have made it happen! She was attentive and always had a smile on her face every time I had my visits. Dr. Crowder was so pleasant to have as an orthodontist. She asked questions and always informed me of my process. The entire staff is so helpful and always smiling. The wait was never long, if anything I was always running late, yet they always squeezed me in with no complains. I am located in Encino, but the drive to Calabasas was worth every visit!

Dr. Crowder and her associates have been working on my teeth for the past year and a half and they have yet to disappoint! They work quickly and efficiently which helps people in the waiting room get to their appointments quickly. Very rarely do I have to wait to be seen during my appointments. I highly recommend their services.

I give Dr Crowder 5 stars for a couple reasons. 1. She is very kind and personable and polite. 2. The office is great, always called back in a timely matter and polite. 3. I went to three different orthodontists to get pricing. She was the lowest and most flexible payment plan. Love Stacy and Dr Crowder.

Service= trash I waited in the chair for what was supposed to be a 15 minute appointment it took 40min!

The doctors and office staff are always friendly, accommodating, and professional. Their comfortable lobby is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine and all the best magazines! There are movies and video game machines to keep kids occupied and they never make patients wait too long. I highly recommend them!!

I have been so impressed with Dr. Crowder. I have known her for over 20 years. Not only has she managed my smile as an adult, but she has worked her magic on both our children. She is no nonsense and will only do the work that is necessary.

Had a great first experience at Snow Orthodontics. I was referred here by a friend since I have been wanting braces for a while. As soon as I walked in a was greeted with a huge smile from one of the girls, Sandra Gonzales. She was so helpful in explaining the process while I waited for the doctor. Dr. Crowder who seemed to be high in demand, which only reassured me that she was great. She explained what would work for me and why. Made me feel better about the process and my results. After my great consultation Sandra took the time to ask how I felt about everything and if I had any concerns. Then we went over a payment plan that would work for me. Now I can't wait to get my braces done there!

Snow Orthodontics did a great job making my teenage sons teeth perfect! Dr. Crowder is wonderful and the office staff makes every visit quick and easy! I did shop around for the best price and for convenience and price Snow won my business! Stacy was so great when it came to working with my busy schedule! I highly recommend Snow Orthodontics!

Dr. Crowder brings you in with her southern charm on your initial consultation, but after you get those braces on, patient consideration becomes a low priority. Since joining Snow Orthodontics, appointments went from 15 minutes to 45 minutes. You get seated in a chair within the first 5 minutes but can wait there for a long time before anybody acknowledges you. We just spent 40 minutes there for a 2 minute retainer check. It was only after I inquired about how much longer my daughter's appointment was going to take that I found out she hadn't even started anything yet. After that inquiry, Dr. Crowder suddenly finished up her other patient (who arrived after my daughter) and spent 2 minutes looking in her mouth to declare that everything "looked good". Also, be aware that she only sees patients 3 days out of the week, 3 weeks out of the month.
