Awesome products and got what i needed but staff lacks service to customers

We are travelling around Namibia in a 4x4 with a roof tent. I needed a new sleeping bag as mine was too thin and it was freezing at night. Dion and a young lady (sorry that I didn't get your name) were incredibly helpful and went to the trouble of finding the right sleeping bag for my needs. Really fantastic service - very much appreciated by an out of town visitor. P.S. The new sleeping bag is keeping me toasty at night.

I can't give 5 stars since I didn't spend too long there, but the services and quality of products were definitely worth my time.
