Wonderful farm stay near Lake Orta. The ladies operating this B&B go above and beyond to make your stay memorable with little details everywhere. The spa area is lovely and serene. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding! Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Incredible place to stay, relax and have the most wonderful breakfast. The food is absolutely amazing! You will leave here feeling rejuvenated. The staff is so kind and attentive. We loved the spa area, especially after a day of walking around. All the facilities are spotless and super clean. We would definitely come back. Thank you for this oasis!

Warm welcome to this wonderful pension/ farm hotel 2 mins drive to S/ Giulio and Largo D’Orta. Very clean room, spacious double with balcony and lovely setting. Small plunge pool/ fire pit and zen lounge were fantastic! The breakfast is massive huge choice fresh fruit/ cakes/ egg/ meats n cheeses. The list goes on. Ludovicka and her team are amazing hosts! Great restaurants and bars nearby on the lake. Best swimming ever. Quiet away from busy touristy areas like Maggiore etc. We spent 4 days of bliss here. Grazie Mille!

An extraordinarily beautiful place to stay, with beautiful touches throughout. Breakfast was fabulous. The spa is incredible - the hay room was a first, and so relaxing. The wonderful and multilingual Paola at reception was so friendly, capable and helpful, and even arranged us massages at quite short notice. Would definitely come back, and can't wait to try the restaurant too!

A wonderful agritourism. The rooms are nice, cozy and clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was very rich, fresh, local, delicious and offered every day some new delicacies. It's the little things that make the stay so pleasant: the warm welcome on the first day, the daily smoothie and yogurt served at the table, the 24h coffee and tea corner and much more. The restaurant next door with the same name is a culinary masterpiece! We especially recommend the tasting menu. A true experience for a very decent price. Here as well, very skilled and friendly staff.

The exceptional thing about Il Cucchiaio Di Legno is the attention to detail especially regarding the food they make. My wife has gluten intollerance and we had informed them of this in advance. "We will take care of it" was the response. And how they lived up to that simple statement. At breakfast each morning included in the homemade delights on offer were 3 or 4 homemade gluten free options specifically for my wife. The food in general is absolutely top quality but the attention of the staff was the best I have ever met. Thank you Il Cucchiaio Di Legno for a fantastic stay at Lago d'Orta.
