I want to start by saying that, if you by chance are anywhere within an hour of this place, at least stop by and try the ice cream.
That said, I stayed here for about a week with my wife and dog. The place has a modern rustic vibe, large rooms, and a nice breakfast buffet (most products are directly from the farm itself). There are also three places to eat on location (snacks, restaurant and fine dining) and a well equipped bar. The location is a bit out of the way, but that is a bonus if you like peace and quiet, and there are walking and biking trails going through the property. They do guided tours of the farm if you want to see some of the practical aspects of dairy farming and production.
There are plenty of helpful and friendly staff, which makes for a great experience.
The spa area can get a bit crowded when there are a lot of families staying at the hotel.
