Beautiful family ran authentic cuisine from surrounding hectares of gardens! We ended our stay in Italy in this hidden region with mouthwatering fresh dishes that literally melt in your mouth. Region bread, variety of cheeses, fantastic wines that’s amore!

The place I always want to come back to. What you’ll find: the best Apulian country view around this quiet and classy place where you’ll taste food made out of traditional ingredients yet transformed into innovative recipes: simply delicious. A special mention goes to the owners: friendly, dedicated and competent people ready to welcome you always with their sweetest smile on their face.

We stopped here for a drink on our way to Castel del Monte. While they weren’t open, they welcomed us. We had sparkling white wine with an aperitivo (fruit platter and other food items). The views are stunning from the patio. Highly recommended!

We stopped here to have a lunch while travelling to Castel del Monte. The menu was very short, we took two pastas which were delicious and made from local, seasonal ingredients. The staff was very friendly and even though I speak Italian only a bit, we've had a very nice chat :) I will definitely come back here when travelling through Puglia again.

Beautiful decor and set up. The food was exquisite. Amazing experience! It’s a must to do in that area.

Now this was the highlight of our visit to Alta Murgia. I would suggest making a reservation. Service was first-class and food was chef's kiss! Let's not forget the location and the little details
