This is an exceptional place to stay in Ibiza. Beautifully maintained property. Quiet. Peaceful. An excellent breakfast. Great pool. Joan and his team are such wonderful hosts. We didn’t want to leave. We will come back!

There’s no body on duty except early morning and mid afternoon to evening. WiFi appears to be turned off from 9pm to 9am!! The services are breakfast only and there are no shops or restaurants nearby to walk to for lunch or dinner. It’s very dark around the property at night. 2 small bottles of water in the rooms when you arrive. Not replenished on a daily basis. Told to drink the tap water. If your suite or room is near the reception area be prepared to hear kitchen and staff preparing breakfast and clattering tableware from 0800. The suites (we had 2) were as tired and basic as a monks cell. In suite lounge areas were not particularly attractive, spacious or comfortable. Staff are friendly enough but this is a low budget, low service and unsophisticated establishment. I would not stay here again.

Absolutely dreamy experience at Can Planells. My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights for our honeymoon. We highly recommend it. The rooms, the pool, the breakfast, the views, and the service are all perfect. It is a tranquil paradise on the island. The location is great for getting to all spots around Ibiza, we never drove more than 20 minutes. We will definitely be back! Thanks to Joan and the whole team for the wonderful week. ❤️

A beautiful property in the north of the island, in a quiet area, surrounded by orchards and Mediterranean vegetation. Here you'll be far from the nightclubs, bars, and noise. Rooms are varied and very quiet. A delicious breakfast is served from 9 to 11 am under a pergola. There's an open bar without waiters; you serve yourself by noting what you've ordered, an "honesty bar." A quiet pool with loungers and umbrellas. Truly a paradise where all you hear are the cicadas and birdsong.

We just spent three nights at Can Planells and loved every aspect of it. The details of soft towels, comfy beds, good water pressure and fully working 'things' are all of a high standard. We slept very deeply as the location is private and removed enough from Ibiza life to offer that, but at the same time, within a 10-20 min. drive of many amazing locations. Finally, the personal service was really special... we loved the whole experience.

We were looking for a quiet place in nature, yet close enough to explore the beauty and charm of the island - and we found it. We were searching for an authentic atmosphere, yet with the comfort and elegance of a five-star stay - and we found it. We were longing for privacy, yet also for the kind and thoughtful presence of a professional team - and we received it with open arms. Can Planells and its wonderful team made our 4-day stay in Ibiza a true pleasure, a nourishing blend of deep relaxation and effortless luxury. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay with Joan and all the team at Can Planells. Actually i don’t want to comment more to avoid attracting too many people and run the risk of facing permanent unavailability if i am to go back. There is so few rooms, an excellent sign of quality. Depending on your intention you can enjoy a romantic and stylish mediteranean vibe, or a family fun and sunny stay by the pool. The breakfast is made with love and care every single morning, with authentic and tastefull products. The place is just way better than you can picture, the feeling of wellness is taking hold of you as soon as you enter the gate of the property. I rarely give reviews. Mainly because I am lazy. But also because it takes something exceptional. Joan, his team and everything about Can Planells is very special. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing stay. I hope we can return some day ☀️
