Beautiful hotel with modern and serene design. Stayed in the "Palmeras" room -- very spacious with a private terrace and jacuzzi. Other room perks: high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoyed the pool, rooftop area/lounge and overall quietness of the hotel. ||Especially loved being connected to the best coffee shop in town (Amaryya) and saying hello to their adorable dog Mocha every morning. Another highlight was the service - everyone working the front office was so kind, friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect too.

An EXPENSIVE Stylish Hotel with Room for Improvement I recently stayed at this hotel and was immediately impressed by its design. The decor is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully curated, creating a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The lobby and common areas were beautifully designed, making for a great first impression. However, I found my room to be lacking in some essential comforts. While the design was visually appealing, functionality was compromised in a few key areas. There were no storage cabinets to put our clothes, which made it difficult to keep things organized during our stay. Additionally, the only place to sit in the room was the bed—there were no chairs or a sofa, which made relaxing or working in the room less comfortable. Another downside was the lack of individual reading lights in bed, which made it inconvenient for those who prefer to read without disturbing their partner. The biggest issue, however, was that there was no door for the toilet. This lack of privacy was quite uncomfortable, especially when sharing the room. Overall, while I loved the hotel’s design and ambiance, the room itself could benefit from some practical improvements to enhance guest comfort. With a few adjustments, this could be an exceptional place to stay!

I wish we would have read the more recent reviews before my boyfriend booked a stay in this hotel. We love San Pancho, and this hotel seemed like a great place for a long weekend away, especially since our other favorite hotel in town was booked. But like other reviews have pointed out, the hotel is not maintained well enough to justify the price. Lots of stained linens and the things falling apart. It just seems a bit tarnished compared to other local hotels that are very well maintained. Other guests were also very loud at night, and there was no help from the hotel staff to remind guests to be respectful of quiet hours. This hotel was a disappointment. I will not be back.

Overall the hotel is showing a lot of wear. In our “suite” the linens/towels had stains, the shower was not draining, had mould and flooded the bathroom because of poor design. The floor to ceiling windows in our room were taking on water when it rained, and the AC did not work. They did offer a minibar with bottled water, soda and beer, but it was never restocked. The room itself is not sound proof at all. We were woken by noise and lot.||The hotel itself is also very worn down. The rental bikes were broken, the outdoor pools were dirty with chipping tiles and debris all the time. || Our biggest issue was when we booked the hotel it was prominently advertised as small, quiet and adults only (18+) However when we arrived we had two children in the accomodations above us and often using the pool very loudly. Not the romantic, ideallic setting we were sold on when a mom is screaming their kids name at the top of her lungs daily. ||The hotel never informed us of the change in policy even after we checked in. ||Given the high price point, I cannot recommend this place; especially not if you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway. ||The cafe was nice though and the staff did try and accomodate us in some requests where possible. So, that was appreciated.

Posting this on behalf of anybody else who had the misfortune of being within earshot of this hotel the last few days. I feel like you have to know how completely chill San Pancho is overall to really have a sense of how egregious the situation was this week. Bars close early, there are no nightclubs, the only noise complaint I've heard of in 5 years of visiting regularly is the local roosters. One year there was a quince in the town square while we were there, which was quite a big deal. It was over before ten. People go to San Pancho to get calming massages in the jungle and do beach yoga in the morning. So, when the guests at the hotel were up late, loud, and drunk on Thursday night this week, it was a new thing for us. When those same guests started blasting music shortly after noon on Friday, we raised our concerns with the ownership. The hotel managed to get them to comply with quiet time rules not too long after 10 on Friday, but informed our property manager they were having a dinner on the roof on Friday that would go until midnight, but that they would be monitored for noise. They were not monitored for noise. They again played just the absolute worst music you can imagine all day, until midnight, and even once the music wasn't blasting from the rooftop, they continued to party like the loudest, drunkest, most boorish people you can imagine. I humbly suggest that if the hotel ownership wishes to entertain this type of clientele, they invest in property closer to Puerto Vallarta.

Everything else was perfect, I would definitely stay here again

Incredible property. Everything is clean, elegant and well designed. Staff is professional and I will shout out to Netzy, Karen and Natalie. Housekeeping is immaculate. Very well placed away from the busy corners of San Pancho. The top roof has two hot tubs that you catch watch the beautiful sunset. Would have liked coffee pot in room. Internet worked very well and we were able to catch an Uber from the hotel to Airport.

Wonderful hotel with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Stayed in #16 “Manglar” and it was even better than what we expected from the photos. Really can’t say enough great things about this place and the people there. It’s a quiet hotel that is walking distance to anything you might need. Great place to relax. The rooftop area is perfect. The coffee shop downstairs is a lifesaver. There is a convenience store just down the street for anything else.
