Agualina Kitebeach Hotel

Agualina is one of the best hotels i stayed in Cabarete. I do kitesurfing actively so it was important for me to have everything i need for that. Also i wanted to rest a lot and try local restaurants. I believe the Agualina Kite hotel was an excellent find.the hotel is in the heart of the local kitebeach. I could rest all day next to the pool and do kitesurfing when i felt like it. The hotel area is very relaxed and quiet but shops and everything you may need is easily accessible.The staff was so helpful and nice they always made sure i felt nice and they were kind as well. There were plenty of options for restaurants just steps away from my room but the Downtown restaurants and nightlife is also a 10minute walk on the beach. Next time im visiting Cabarete im sure im going back to Agualina!

Agualina is the perfect place for leisure and business. It is the most quiet place and the staff are absolutely fantastic. They greet us with smiles every time. The suite has 2 queen size beds, a kitchenette and amenities for cooking, a full fridge as well. The bathroom is huge and the a/c works wonderful. The outdoor space is beautiful and well maintained. The pool has been re-touched and looks so nice. Also I may add that there is a small restaurant in the area that serves wonderful fresh food and drinks. Eva is a wonderful host, always responds quickly to our messages and is always accommodating us 💯. Couldn’t be happier and definitely coming here for our stays. Recommend anyone to stay here. Also it is gated and has parking space available. WiFi is good.

The entrance on the highway may not look like much but the rooms are FABULOUS - walk right onto a beautiful postcard beach !! I had a blast. I will return for a longer stay.

Very comfortable place. Eva and staff were very attentive and extremely nice. The internet was great for working, the outdoor environment was very tranquil and beautiful. Swimming pool was redone and looks great! Thank you Eva for making our 2 week stay great!

Agualina is Super! Best location at the Heart of Kite-Beach- All the action directly in front. Great Hotel Staff, any issues-definitely talk to one of the managers or maintenance and they will help out in any way and resolve any concerns. Kiteschool=better options nearby. The instructors are fine, but owner=bad vibes. Restraunt = Super for breakfast and Lunch but closed for dinner. Ask for Simone's Colmado/convenient shop across the street- 50yards to the left= fruits, cocos, veggies and lots more. Also another Dominican restraunt before Simone's, across the street, great for lunch/Dinner great dominican style yummy Chicken or beef with rice and beans !!! KITE repairs= ask for Edisson. Laundry= ask for Noelia. Taxi across the street as well as mototaxi and public transportation streetside carritos(small car with taxi light on top) and guaguas(big vans)

Very cozy place for 2 people, the condo is right on the spot for kitesurfing, What do you want more? Less than 5 min to Cabarete bay and the front beach restaurant. We love that place. The accommodation and service for the condo is very easy with Thifany.

Best location for Kitesurfing around the year. It has a nice pool to cool down and enough green to dry your kite gear. All rooms are direct ocean front, which makes it easy to choose from. |Overall, it's for beach lovers with or without families.

We love this place. We stayed there two years ago and had a terrific experience. That time we stayed in a two-bedroom, three-bathroom, suite. We returned last week and stayed in the same apartment. Plenty of room for my wife and me and all my kiting stuff. It was clean and fully equipped. Actually, this time we had reserved a junior suite instead, but found it too cramped after being spoiled by our previous stay. When we told the manager, Yamirca Faña, she was so kind as to let us move to the larger apartment as soon as it became available the next day. ||The staff was friendly, extremely helpful, and quick to meet any and all of our needs. The location is perfect for kiting, with a good-sized grassy rigging area out of the wind, a low pressure air compressor and long hose to inflate kites, a convenient outside shower and a nice, clean fresh-water pool. After inflating a kite, one is only steps from the beach, with plenty of room to set out the lines and safely launch. James, a young Brit, who runs the kiting concession on premises, Dare to Fly, is a great guy. He accommodated me to allow me to rent a harness, when mine showed up missing in my luggage on arrival (thanks, TSA!), and was generous with advice and help. I took a very good hydrofoil lesson from his lovely sister, Georgina.||We already are planning a return trip next year.
