We were greeted at the door of the hotel by German and Jose . They were very friendly and informative .Theygave us a map of old Sevilla along with recommendations of where to eat and what to do . They are the first people from any hotel to offer these services to us . They exceeded the 5 rating with their kindness . I would gladly stay here in the future , Feliz Navidad

We stayed at Aguilas5 SevillaSuites for a couple of nights during a family holiday and loved it. The accommodation is functional, clean, and stylish; the location is great and the customer service from Jose and German was incredible. We would recommend and definitely go back!

Perfect location. All major tourist sights were walkable but we took Ubers and taxis mostly. Taxis everywhere. Beautiful unit. Well appointed with all amenities. Super A/C. Ate tapas at nearby Petra as well as Pan and Piu. Both very good. Jose and German were most helpful. Great communication.

Very good stay in this hotel. Nice location,easy to get good restaurants and walking distance to shoppings and attractions. Beautiful decoration inside. Recommend !

Loved our stay, it was perfect. Jose is a lovely, charming concierge. Location is accessible to everything: laundry, grocery, trinket shop, great restaurants, flamenco bars, ALL the tourist sites to visit, shopping. Our room was first floor and I anticipated noise, but it was so quiet. Lodging itself is clean.. it is an apartment style stay, so housekeeping is not automatic, but it is available on request. Travel tip: book tickets online ahead of time for the area sites like the Cathedral and gardens!

First of all, a great location close to whatever you want to do or see in this beautiful city! The service of the staff (German in our case) was excellent and very accommodating. We arrived early, no problem, we needed our luggage stored after we are supposed to leave the apartment, also no issue! The apartment is spacious, comfortable and the beds were so comfy, you just wanted to do the siesta 😄. They offer many services, at a cost off course, but very accommodating. Yes, it was not the cheapest accommodation, but worth every penny! The only comment we will make to German... Get a few more good wine glasses and one of the plugs next to the bed does not work. Furthermore all excellent😃

We stayed here in 2018 and had a great time and had no hesitation coming back. Staff were just as welcoming and helpful as b4. We had an upgrade this time and the room was excellent as is the location.The only downside was the pool which was not working during our stay.

This was a very enjoyable stay. Beautiful boutique hotel in a convenient location. The staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I booked this hotel on a whim for a two night stay and was upgraded to a luxurious suite. Very spacious, great light. Upon arrival, German greeted me and showed me up to my room. He was so kind as to show me all the attractions and make recommendations on the city map. He suggested the restaurant across the street which I will also be giving a 5 star review to. The beds were made up very tight fitted soft sheet. The most comfortable pillows. Showers had great pressure with dual shower heads. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone traveling to Seville!

This is a fantastic place to stay while visiting Seville. The location is excellent- close to everything and our stay was flawless. Jose and German could not have been nicer or more helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the patio upstairs. I would highly recommend

Great location and friendly staff! However we do prefer our first hotel to this one. While the room was spacious and open, it lacked the warmth and comfort that we would expect of a hotel room. The shower set up is a little strange since a folding door is the only thing separating water from the shower area to the rest of the bathroom. We did receive a room on the ground floor so perhaps other rooms are more suited for longer stays. From a value perspective, this is a great place to stay but I wouldn't expect free snacks or water like we had at other places.

My wife and I stayed at the Aguilas5 Sevilla Suites for 4 nights. The location is excellent, 10-20 minutes walk to just about everything in the beautiful city of Seville. The suites themselves are great, plenty of space and very clean. The staff is super friendly and highly accomodating, their service is top notch. The suites come with a kitchenette. There is a nice bakery and a good supermarket all within a minute walk so we stocked up on some foods and every morning we get fresh bread and coffees at he bakery and had breakfast on their roof deck. Just beautiful. There are also lots of restaurants nearby including a nice tapas restaurant 10 yards across the street. The staff's service is as good as it gets. They help you with anything, are friendly and take their time. When we first got there after we checked in one of their staff members drove with us to the parking garage, arranged the parking for 4 days and walked us back to the hotel. He gave us a lot of very helpful information about Seville, gets you coordinated and settled in. He made several reservations for us (Flamenco dance, dinners). One of the dinners was for my wife's birthday so he had arranged a beautiful birthday dessert for her with a candle and Happy Birthday written on it. A real nice suprise! My wife and I highly recommend Aguilas5 Sevilla Suites, you will not be disappointed. 5 stars easy!

My husband and I stayed here in early October 2017. The staff was so warm, welcoming and accommodating! The location was perfect for walking to all the major sites and many amazing restaurants and bakeries. We needed to drop our luggage off a few days before our stay and they stored it for us until check in. The staff was very responsive through emails in making these arrangements with our luggage. We were warmly greeted by Carlos. He took us up to our room and we were able to take care of all the check in procedures in the comfort of our room. He gave us incredible restaurant recommendations! He even called to make reservations for us right away to make sure we were able to get in to a flamenco show that we were interested in. He had tips and advice for how to skip the lines at the major sites. We were very glad to have taken his advice. We were able to completely skip two very long lines. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here!

Outstanding! I stayed here with my family of 4 for 3 days and we had an incredible experience from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly and available, the accommodations were clean, modern and stylish and the location within Sevilla itself is second to none. There is a beautiful terrace with a plunge pool which lends itself nicely to some early evening lounging after the long walking tours of the city and before the late dinners common in Sevilla.

Aguilas5 Sevilla Suites is the crowning jewel among city full of gems, rare treasures and enchanting experiences. Should you be so lucky as to visit Seville, you must stay at this very unique boutique hotel, where service stands supreme. Our family experience at Aguilas5 was singularly memorable, among a journey filled with memorable experiences all across Spain this past summer. Standing alone, the facilities of the hotel are excellent: the suites look brand new in appearance; the kitchenettes are appointed with modern appliances; the air conditioning (AC) system easily vanquished two of the hottest days we encountered in Spain (blazing hot August days of 97'F and 103'F; we even reached for blankets during one siesta!); the roof-top sun-deck and dipping pool were thoughtfully designed; and oh, the beds! (they are very, very comfortable, right down to the extra pull-out couch, which was also new, extremely comfortable and state-of the-art in design). HOWEVER, it is the hotel staff that sets this hotel apart from many, many other fine hotels in Spain. From the moment we walked into Aguilas5 Sevilla Suites until we waved them goodbye from our rental car, Jose and Carlos treated our family like visiting royalty, as they patiently helped us navigate the many issues foreigners like us navigate every day when traveling abroad. If we later learned that this hotel's staff was also trained as Spanish diplomats, we would not be surprised because they acquitted themselves like ambassadors for the city and hotel. Jose, Carlos and the other staff are amazingly endearing. We half-wished we could take them along with us for the balance of our trip, and we fully wish them -- and this gem of a hotel -- all the best and much success in the coming years. We hope our travels bring us back to, as Jose would say, "your Home in Sevilla!" in the very near future. All our best- Missy & Kent
