Location in front of the church. Was choir here, then the musicians. The food is great. Took spinach-something, my friend took big salad. Rotbier was good, too. Beautiful waitress. The only advice is to improve ventilation, was a bit hot there.

Cosy laid back vibe, delicious food and also important friendly welcoming staff whether you are just visiting the city or not. I was looking for clean, not so heavy food and found this wonderful place about 5-8 mins walk from the Zwinger Palace . It’s away from the main touristic crowds and you can just sit and enjoy the outdoor or indoor atmosphere ! It’s vegetarian / Vegan mainly but does have a good breakfast of cheese and cold cuts too for those that fancy this . Cute store in the basement with good alternative gifts and some sustainably and regionally sourced foods . Love their shashuka and tried their Guarana coffee alternative . Their iced tea variations are good too. A homey neighbourhood vibe. Definately be back

There are a lot of vegetarian options in this cafe. We ordered a lentil soup and a spinach lasagna and they were really tasty! I thought only soup wouldn’t be enough so I added sausages to the lentil soup but it was not necessary at all. The soup was very filling without sausages and the portion was quite big so we were so full after the meal. The staff here was also friendly and we enjoyed our experience here.

We discovered this amazing and cozy restaurant in Dresden. The food and the service were so good. The soup was delicious, filling and adapted tp everyone's tastes (tofu or sausage). Very good. Thanks for the meal !

Google
Fair, fresh, friendly We went to the aha café because of their vegan options. We tried the large vegan breakfast and the home made granola with oat drink. Both was very good although we're not very fond of cheese 'imitations'. The fresh apple carrot juice was amazing and so was the cocoa with oat drink and spices... The staff was very friendly and attentive and I liked the way they designed their menu cards - all unique and with some information e.g. on the employed cocoa and coffee... I guess, it's not suitable for large groups and wheelchair-drivers might only acces the ground floor.

They have an english menu that explains how to speak some german which I liked as well. The food was excellent and the waitress was very nice. If youre an American you should tip 20% here. They are used to 10% but if they give good service in Europe you have to respect it bc its not like restaurant industry in the states! Very impressed with this cafe/restaurant as an American tourist in Dresden!

Food was very tasty. I took vegan baked feta. Focaccia was of enormous size. The portion was substantial. The menu has a list of allergens of all types, v.helpful.

It's a beautiful restaurant in the center near,a church, with sunshine in the morning, lots of people choose here. Food is also nice. I like the different covers of each menu and the plants on the table. Very friendly service, chill to watch people go around

Yelp
Delicious cafe in Dresden, with lots of gluten free options. You will have to use Google translate to read the menu. The gluten free rolls were delicious, with seeds on the outside and very fluffy and soft on the inside. Just a short walk from the train station, mall, and the oldest Christmas market (Dresden Striezelmarkt). Nice ambiance and good service.

Yelp
We had an wonderful afternoon visit to Aha, enjoying the potato soup, which was rich, healthy and filling, as well as the hummus and foccacia bread, which were delicious. It is a very pleasant setting with a great staff.

Yelp
Honestly wasn't impressed. The food was bland and really expensive. I have had better tv dinners in my life. Nice server though.

Yelp
The place is "bio" and i came here after hving read somewhere about its kattofelsuppe or potato soup It is actually pricier than i thought (yelp reviews here are from years ago) but the portion is hugeeeeeee (without wurst the soup cost €6.6) The soup is ok... Nothing to write home about but nice location and good service

Yelp
We ate dinner here on September 30, and was craving vegetarian dishes. This place was perfect since many items on the menu were vegetarian. Seating was upstairs or in the first level. I would recommend coming early since several tables were reserved and it was a popular place for people to dine. We had the following: - good mood tea - traditional saxon potato soup (4,80 euros)- Really creamy and came in a huge bowl. It was enough for two people to share. - pumpkin apple tofu lasagna (11,70 euros) - It was an interesting combination with the pumpkin, apple, and cubed tofu. However, all the flavors worked. - spinach lasagna (8,90 euros) - Tons of spinach in between lasagna Service was good. Waiters spoke English and there was an English menu. Cash only place.

Yelp
This continues to be my favorite place to eat in Dresden. It is right across the NH hotel and church. Vegan dishes are awesome; would prefer this over Indian places. Great selection of teas as well.

Yelp
Very friendly atmosphere. Chill music and interior. I had vegan meal - beans in tomato sauce with carrots and some spices served over basmati rice. It was really good. But nothing extra. And still for me coming from Czech Republic, for 6.90€ it's really pricey for this simple meal. But the portion was filling and overly it was tasty. And the prices are overall similar everywhere so I would recommend it for anyone looking for good vegetarian and vegan meal in town centre!

Yelp
Café Aha is a nice spot to enjoy some bio food. There's a variety of vegetarian & vegan options along with a wide range of coffee, kakao and drinking chocolates to try. The atmosphere is very nice, and if you are lucky you can sit in the 200-year-old couch upstairs! Highly recommended if you are after a hot drink or a delicious snack, especially if you want some freshly prepared vegetarian or vegan fare (meat options are available too). If you don't speak German, there is also an English menu floating around... just ask your host (the staff also speak good English).

Yelp
LECKER LECKER. Groovy cafe with a great atmosphere. Waiters were wonderful. We ordered potato soup with wurst and meat casserole. CAUTION: Potato soup is extremely filling!!!!!! We were so stuffed afterwards. My favourite was the meat casserole. Yummm. Price is alright too. The menu has soo many drinks. Be prepared to have long conversations though because food takes a while since it is quite busy. We didn't book ahead so we sat on the tall chairs. If you want the normal table book ahead. Love this place

Yelp
Cool place, ever since I was there we are making the Chicory and Parmesan dish, but in a vegan version. Atmosphere was great, dogs are allowed, whats not to like. Coffee was special too, many options for coffee with choclate from all over the world.

Yelp
Veggie burger is very filling and quite tasty. It's mainly a spinach patty and the bread is excellent. will definitely come back to try other things here

Yelp
Found via the hotel when we asked for vegetarian food after arriving in Dresden by train. Had a great veggie burger that was homemade. Delicious. English menu and staff. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Go for the food and enjoy the great service. Welcoming to foreigners and serving great dishes both vegan and otherwise. I tried the baked feta dish and it was simple and very delicious. There are many choices of teas and coffees as well. Try the wildekoffee strong. Comes in a press. Great choice!
