I had a wonderful experience. I had previously purchased a pair of Ahlem eye a few years ago and was delighted to visit them flagship store in Paris. I was over joyed they had the frames I'd been looking for. They gave me an very through eye exam and had my glasses ready before I left paris. The staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

As an American visiting Paris, I had to make a quick stop from all the tourist stuff and visit to the Saint Germain area. Entering the store I was greeted by Mr. Hichem (Isham? sorry) Was served hot tea from Japan which was a nice touch. Afterwards, glasses were selected for me and I tried on different frames. I enjoyed their acetate frames but opted to go for a Ruthenium plated metal frame. The frames itself were handmade and limited edition. In addition, they are very stylish possible my most stylish frames I own. After payment I received a very cool leather eyeglass case with the stamp of the Ahlem Paris location and my tax returns forms. Great store - great experience.

An incredible shop -- have bought all my glasses here, & Hichem & the whole team is always brilliant, kind & so helpful. The whole experience of buying glasses is smooth A-Z, from a really attentive eye exam to getting your frames perfectly adjusted once they've been made. The AHLEM collection itself too is highly recommended - - handcrafted frames, high-quality materials, original designs.

My husband wanted to eyeglasses from Ahlem - he had seen their frames at a store in the states - so when we were in Paris we decided to go to the actual store. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. We were warmly greeted, offered a beverage and given the full expertise from the sales associate and her colleague. They were so very helpful - they made it so easy - I wish all retail shopping was like this. Thank you for making it memorable.

A screw holding my lens in dropped out a day ago and I've been walking around Paris partially blind since. Dropped by this optometrist after lunch and got them fixed within 10 minutes free of charge! Beautiful store and wonderful service!

I was an AHLEM fan before I visited the store. After visiting the store I've become a superfan. The staff there are superb and I especially had an exceptional encounter with Hichem. He provided the utmost attention and care to my experience that I certainly plan on returning the next time I visit Paris. I ended up purchasing two frames, with lenses. Included with the lens purchase was an eye exam, which was very thorough. It took less than 24 hours for my frames to be ready with their new lenses. I am a very happy customer and I encourage others to visit the store to share in the experience!

What a pleasure it was to have such a wonderful experience buying new sunglasses . This is not just a store it’s an experience right down to the signature espresso. I was there to change the lens color of my sunglasses . The guy offered me a nice cup of coffee and he was really helpful. I also got golden initials on my glass case as well. I had such a nice time there , totally satisfied ! Merci !
