Very Nice hotel. Stayed 3 nights. Large room and good breakfast. A bit hard to get to the hotel on foot or bike due to steep hill, but hey its exercise. Family friendly with lots of intertainment for all ages. A lot of restaurants in Braunlage, but reserve table.

It's a nice hotel in a nice location. But you should be in the restaurant as soon as they open it for breakfast or dinner. Otherwise, it's hard to find a table to sit, even though it was not high season when we were there. Most of their staff don't speak English, especially in the restaurant, which could sometimes be frustrating.

Hotel is very old|No one can speak English |It says that it has an fridge or a minibar but in the room there is none. |Many many children (no respect)|Bed sheets and pillows are thin as paper |You have to pay for parking in the hotel area (20 euro) a night. No free parking anywhere near the hotel.||Never coming back

This place is absolutely not a ski-in or ski-out hotel. It is advertised falsely as such. The food is also not good at all - expensive, crummy buffet with nothing interesting to eat. Cleaning service also didn't happen on schedule and the pillows and bedding were awful. Bad value for money.

Booked the half-board option. Good timings, good selection. Great kids corner for food. Lots of play areas and rooms for kids. Room was very spacious, had balcony, Great view. Very quiet. Nothing broken, all working fine. Bathroom could have been cleaner, was a bit dusty on arrival and some strange hairs. Also a bad smell. Was actioned quickly after we mentioned, even on consecutive days. Though the additional cleaning didn't fully get rid of the smell - maybe the old plumbing? Great shower, hot and powerful. Safe and good car parking, even if we had to pay extra. Nice indoor pool, with lots of floating toys.

The Hotel was good for a family trip , but. In the night it was a little bit cold in the room , and some food like pancakes , bread they were not fresh, also there was little choice of chicken products.

They offered regions of space, enclosed within solid boundaries ("walls", "ceiling" and "floor") for limited time use in exchange for currency. The spaces contained elevated surfaces designed to facilitate periods of unconsciousness. They also offered edible substances of various kinds, with places upon which to place both oneself and the substances while they are being consumed. Other amenities are available, such as a body of water in which to immerse oneself, with other visitors. It was pleasant partaking, and I am pleased that my activities could be facilitated.

The rooms and view were nice but 66€ for 2 peoples evening buffet (28€ per person + drinks) is just not justified. We didn't get a restaurant slot in time so we had to go for the hotel evening buffet. Even if we booked the buffet with the room for 28€ total, what was presented at the buffet was a hideous selection. Pure factory hotel food, McDonalds would have been a safer option. I wouldn't have paid 10€ for that if I knew in advance. I understand that we didn't book the buffet with the room so it was more expensive but 66€ for a selection of 3 potatoe variations and spagetti with tomato sauce? Shameless...
