Ai Grisioi

Buonissimo! Everything was super fresh! It tasted like it was caught fresh from the sea 20 minutes ago. Highlights were the baccalà on toasted bread, the marinated anchovies, and the shrimp skewer. The fried calamari was also very good and not “heavy” at all. We’ll be back! Grazie! 🐟

This small, kiosk style restaurant serves up solid seafood. The concise menu offers a good selection of seafood antipasti and grilled mains. Whilst the orders are placed at the counter, the food is served to the table when dining in. The mains are grilled fresh to order on the stove top. The grilled calamari were tender and flavorful, and the side of vegetables were well cooked. Sadly, the cold potato octopus was disappointing: the octopus was a bit chewy and the salad as a whole lacked in seasoning. It’s a pity that even when dining in, everything is served on paper plates with wooden cutlery. Further, it was a bit pricey for the amount of food served.

I am so glad I found this place on our last day in Italy. It's a small restaurant on the side street. We ordered shrimp for take away costs €8 Because it tasted so good we return immediately to eat another fish with potato in the restaurant. Sardellen with potato cost together around €15 Near the restaurant there are places to park. I however came with a bike, park it near the church and walk around. Love love this place.

Fresh and great calamari fritti!

Very nice and cosy place, with incredible Food for a reasonable price. Everything done to the perfect point, well seasoned and a in good environment with good service.

Great place if you are hungry for sea food diner, bistro style. High tables and chairs might not be for everyone but we didn’t mind. A hidden gem in Lignano.

Italy, sea, of course we wanted and tried misto and calamari! They were delicious! I must recommend it, for the quality and freshness. It's a small family run joint, like you want to visit. Not like the other ones that are too commercial for my taste and have long queues or sometimes subpar food.
