Ai Phuket Hostel

We stayed in a double room with shared bathroom. Room was adequate for price, bed was comfy and clean. We arrived at 10:30pm (after the designated check-in time) and had no problems - however we did give them the heads up before hand. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Transfers from the hotel to our next destination (Phi phi Islands) was easy and affordable. Hostel was in a great location, right in the centre of old town close to markets/shops, restaurants and bars. The only negative would be the female showers. One of the two showers was out of order and the other one didn’t lock. It’s a good job they have a third outside or I would have really struggled. Overall, this hostel has everything you could possibly need and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Big, clean room with air-con. Great value for money. Lovely terrace with washing facilities. Showers indoors and outdoors... All clean. Hostel is very laid back. Lots of places to read books and relax in private throughout the hostel. Great cooking facilities and you can help yourself to free coffee and tea which is a bonus!! 3 resident cats including Leo, the grumpy, yet adorable creature.

I went here back in 2015 January. |The best and nicest people. I loved the fact it was run by a family and that their son (who was a toddler not even) was running around. I missed this place...beds were clean comfortable. Beautiful rooms. Washing area outside for clothing. And they owned the cafe next door which was Korean based...and you got 10% off.

The staff, the room, the location, the whole place was just immaculate. If we ever come to Phuket again we will definitely be staying here. They go above and beyond to help and assist you with whatever you need. The room we stayed in was so lovely, feels like you’re at home ! They even have a kitchen and a tv/ living area free to use. The toilets and showers are clean, honestly this was the best place we’d stayed in in Thailand and we’ve been in hotels as well !!!! Couldn’t recommend enough. Gutted we only had a two night stay. Also if you’re not a cat lover you might want to be aware there are a few cutie playful kitty’s that might sneak into your room if you leave the door open haha

Lovely hostel. Very well decorated. A place to sit outside. A hall way to sit and watch TV or play guitar or chit chat. There's a common garden behind which is also beautiful. Staff people are very friendly. We took a separate room it was quite clean and well organised. Lots of books and board games available. Kitchen facility is also superb.

A great hostel. Was clean, staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They had a kitchen area with everything you needed. The price is the same as most hostels but we got our own double bed room for what most hostels are charging just for a bed in a mixed dorm!

I think one of the best hostels in Thailand. The staff is just wonderful, they are there to help you with everything! It is very very clean always, so this is wonderful. Rooms are super spacious with excellent working AC. There’s a kitchenette that you can use with free water, coffee and tea. Leo the cat is just so fluffly and nice! There are also two more cats from next door that you can see someontimes and who are very cute. It is excellent located just in the old town! Love it love it love it!

Only stayed there one night as our flight arrives super late. Didn't spend much time there. Seemed like a chill place with a decent location. Maybe it was just my room which happened to be the one closest to the road cuz it was SUPER loud with all the bikes and scooters going by. Also they turn the power off from 9am-12pm so have fun showering in the pitch black. Other than that as I said I didn't spend much time there but it seemed nice.
