Pretty rooms and well placed in the city. However, we chose a room with kitchen to be able to fix our own dinner, just to be told we are not allowed to use the kitchen, and there was not even a single plate to at least bring some takeaway. The wifi is also ridiculiusly bad, constantly disconnects and varemy loads anything. Plus we are staying there during renovation works in the building yard which we were not warned about, and there was an infernal noise starting at 7am in the morning on a Saturday well into the afternoon, impossible to sleep and rest as they are building scaffolidng right outside our windows!!! P.s: thank you for the apology, however we should have been moved to a quiet room. Monday at 7am the works started again and they couldn't care less about the manager's demand to respect quiet hours.

Very pleasant accommodation that could have been perfect with a few improvements.|What we liked:|The welcome from the young woman in the café / reception was outstanding. She was kind and helpful. |When we left, the young man in the cafe called a taxi for us. The personal service was great. |We loved the location – very handy to most attractions – and the room (in the annexe, across the piazza) was spacious and comfortable. The decor was pleasant (old-world / shabby-chic).|What we didn't like: |We were disappointed there were no tea/coffee-making facilities in the room. There was a small kitchen area (with a fridge and non-functional sink); it would have been easy to provide a kettle/coffee-maker. As breakfast was in another street (in the cafe) and wasn’t offered until 8.30am, this wasn’t a practical option for us; an early coffee in the room would have been ideal. |A specific problem was that the light fittings beside the bed had modern globes that didn’t quite fit. I accidentally touched the base and received a shock. This is dangerous and needs to be fixed.

Great stay in the heart of Torino! Friendly, helpful staff who adjusted to our needs. The room was warm despite freezing weather and had a retro, Savoie-inspired style. Cleaned daily and well-kept. Breakfast was good, served in a cozy spot next to the rooms. Perfect location in the old city center—super convenient. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 4 nights told we could not check in till 1500hrs. On check out we were told to be out for 11.00 as other guests needed the room for 1300hrs!!!! Room was clean but no amenities. No kettle, No Tea or Coffee, No fridge! No ironing Board but they sent an iron to the room. As we were in an annex to the main building they said we could not get breakfast. On leaving no one seemed interested in us giving feedback. We are due back in Turin in November but will give this hotel a miss. Very misleading response from the hotel (gave keys in the morning) Yes but told we could not access the room till 1500hrs. Also what’s the point of an iron without an ironing board. May as well given us a kettle without cups 😂 unprofessional service.

Located in a wing of the savoya palace, this b&b is a great place to stay. The room we had was spacious and fully equipped for convenience- outlets, night tables, dresser. The bathroom had a small shower stall but was all newly renovated. Breakfast was buffet but with real cappuccino made on the spot. It's within walking distance of most of the sights in Turin. This is a great place for the value

Great place, I will return the next time I am in Turin. Very friendly and helpful staff, and you are just a few minutes from the heart of old Turin - superb location. Rooms on the street will have some traffic noise during the day and evening (but that's to be expected), but will quiet down at night.

This hotel looks cute on their website. However, most of the rooms are in other apartments then the hotel is situated. For breakfast you need to go to another place. When it's snowing, this is really not nice. Also they don't provide umbrella's to make up for it. ||||the rooms are nicely decorated, if you like baroque. If you need to do some work, however, there is no table or anything provided. When I asked, they gave me another room, but charged me extra for it, though the room was smaller and less comfortable (except for a (too small) table). ||||When I brought this up, they told me this was normal, and I should have gone to another hotel. Maybe I should have..

We had to move to this hotel for one night only from a different hotel in Turin, and i must say the only good thing about this hotel is the location- 1 min away from Via Garibaldi - my favourite shopping street in Turin. The building is awkward with very steep stairs, too many doors to open on the way to our room and no wardrobe of any sort to hang your clothes. The room was very clean, but the service was a bit of a letdown as the reception is open at certain hours AND they don't speak english. Overall i can say me and my friend were very happy that we had to stay there just for one night only :)
