Fresh ingredients meets traditional local cuisine. Nice atmosphere with friendly and welcoming staff. Smaller portions so you can try different things.

Amazing food, caters to gluten free well and knows what wine to recommend. Amazing experience! The gluten free pasta tasted like the real deal too, props.

Two weeks in Italy, this was my favourite meal. The food was exceptional, even in Italy a country with one of the best cuisines in the world. The service was perfect, the ambience rode the fine line between modern and cozy beautifully, the wine selection was great and they even had my favourite digestive (Chartreuse). If you're in Trient you should eat here.

We got a table for two at 8pm without a reservation and ordered two of the recommended menues, terra and aqua. We enjoyed everything very much, especially the tuna tartar, the spaghetti with seafood and the tagliata di manzo. Recommendable!

Had an amazing lunch of canederli with speck here yesterday. It was probably the best canederli I have tried around town. The staff was very warm and friendly too! Prices are reasonable as well. Overall, a great experience.

Always a favorite spot in Trento! Great food. Great service. Great location. Can't wait to visit again!
