Five stars are simply not enough to describe my experience at Aïda Hôtel & Spa - Relais & Châteaux. From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from Carolina – she was absolutely exceptional. Warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made me feel like I was the only guest in the entire hotel. Valentine was also great – helpful and kind – but Carolina truly stood out. The spa was peaceful and beautifully maintained – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was rich, well-presented, and full of delicious options to suit every taste. And the view from the room was breathtaking – calm and panoramic, adding to the overall serenity of the stay. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

We went for the Teatime offering, it was marvellous the food was great the prep was awesome. The staff were friendly and accessible the chef even introduced himself. Amazing experience, highly recommend it. The Hotel is 5 Star it’s beautifully set with a huge Spa and treatment area. You can combine the Spa with the teatime activity. Awesome stuff.

We had an excellent stay. The rooms were lovely, very clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location very good and central. Parking was included in our voucher, which was great. We ate in the sister hotel restaurant "Pas de l'Ours" and the food and service was great.

Where do I even start? The location is prime (close to multiple other Swiss villages, and a short train ride away from France & Italy if you so desire!), the surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel was magnificent. However, what made this hotel so special was the staff. The concierges and staff were so accommodating and helpful, in a way that we had never experienced before! They made our stay feel so personal and by the end of our trip, we were so sad to say goodbye to everyone. ||At this hotel, some of our highlights were…|- Beginning the day with an amazing breakfast! (This small touch was a group favorite! We will dream about these breakfasts forever.) By the end of our trip, our host/waitress (so sad we missed her name, but she was Sicilian and wore glasses) even remembered what each of us preferred to order. It made us feel so special! |- Skiing at the local resort (5 minute drive- that the hotel arranged our gear rental & drove us to)|- Taking multiple day trips to nearby towns/villages (with many pro-recommendations from the concierge on what to ensure we visit and how best to navigate)|- Eating amazing dinners every night (that the hotel called ahead and reserved us tables at)|- Ending our days downstairs at the spa. We were so attached to our jacuzzi and sauna rituals by the end of our trip that it became second nature to just put on our robes and head immediately downstairs in the evening.|- Not a highlight, but we had some car trouble with our rental and they called a mechanic to the hotel for us and the problem was fixed within 30 minutes. This was so helpful and saved us so much stress.||A big thank you to Audrey and the fun bearded male concierge that we missed the name of! You were so wonderful and we hope to be back soon! I recommend this hotel highly and give it a 10/10.||(We were a group of 4, (Ages: 60, 25, 24, 22) and booked the etoile bella lui suite.)|

Beautiful setting high up in the mountains. Superb property and extremely clean. Awesome staff provided outstanding service. We were there to attend my daughters wedding in nearby Sion. The hotel staff arranged for a driver with a Mercedes van to transport us to various events for the two days of wedding festivities. Our stay at the Aida made the entire week just perfect!

We were expecting a lot of the renovation of half the hotel, unfortunately it is still the same 3 stars cheap-skiers structure from the 70’s…with a new decoration||||1. First of all, the name of the hotel is not clear : is it “Aida hotel & spa” like written on the frontdesk option ?||||the “Aida Castel” on the main building ?||||or “Aida & spa hotel” like written on the second building (the one that has been renovated) ?!? It’s says a lot about the mess in this place||||2. Location in a bad urban part of town with a view on of a huge parking lot and no access to any snow slope. You ll have to walk a lot or drive to access gondolas and return for skiing||||3. The hotel Parking lot is a mess with construction inside. It is not guarded, doesn’t have cameras and is not even closed = forget to come with an expensive car||||4. Frontdesk has an absurd attitude and thinks that they work in a leading hotel of the world when this is just a renovated pension||||The hotel is new to Relais & Châteaux and R&C shall seriously check this hotel as they don’t fit into the network standards for receiving people #hospitality||||Expl. frontdesk manager upgraded us in what was a regular room from a ridiculously small corridor room built for a child, without announcing any price increase||||She promised to get back to us with new pricing after “talking to the manager”. She never did = we assume that the little upgrade in such an empty hotel was FREE||||Next day, the GM charged us $900 for a room ($500 original price for the narrow corridor room) without any option to discuss.||||It was pure scam for such a room in the middle of August. We would have left the place if they would have announced such a price (and they knew it)||||We decided not to bargain (though after complaining). GM didn’t care one minute about our point and was obsessed by money||||5. Breakfast is no included and very expensive for what it is : discuss it before coming or be screwed by the greedy GM||||6. Spa is mostly a pool in the middle of the lobby : it makes vapors of chlorine in all the building #hazardous||||7. Rooms (we should call them “corridors more than rooms) don’t have climatisation OR even ventilation : you must sleep with windows open and deal with bugs||||Our room looked like a closed coffin without any air to breath. Pillow were in cheap plastic||||8. Only half of the hotel has been renovated (a dozen of rooms) : space in rooms is so small that it is totally impossible to stay at two with winter equipement for skiing in most rooms||||Conclusion : There are two REAL leading hotels in Crans including Le Crans (at the same price for equivalent room and much more better facilities and service)||||Else you can find many many other options like Crans Ambassador that is a beautiful Small Luxury Hotel or Ultima||||There was only 3 other people at the hotel with us on a week end in high season. Everyone in Crans know that this hotel is a||a tourist trap. Now we know it also…

Our stay at Aida Hotel and spa was excellent! Started with the warming welcome with Audrey. She welcomed us warmly even though we arrived at the wrong day. She showed us around the stunning room designed with beautiful natural materials and a view over the mountains. Not long after that they served us a delicous welcome drink to the room. The cocktails were excellent and the barman even made us a special drink. Also the fireplace got prepared for us. Before dinner until 8pm we went to the spa with the beautiful jacuzzi, sauna and hammam which is also really relaxing decorated with candels and a fireplace. At the dinner every wish was read from our lips, so that only the dinner was a huge experience not only because of the super delicous courses prepared by the chef! At the day we left we could also use the spa the whole day. This was a beautiful Birthday. We loved it and hope to see you all soon. Thank you for this beautiful stay.
