Aiden by Best Western Stockholm City

My friend and I spent a weekend in Stockholm, where we stayed at Aiden. It’s a wonderfully cozy hotel with a great location, close to trains and buses heading into the city center. The hotel is also conveniently surrounded by supermarkets, bars, and shopping centers, which made everything incredibly easy for us. Breakfast was included, and the level of customer service was honestly beyond anything we could have hoped for. The place has a very welcoming, almost home-like atmosphere, and if you’re up for it, the staff are always happy to have a friendly chat. Truly 12/10 for the team. They were also incredibly helpful with local recommendations. We even ended up getting a guided “night out” tour, where we were shown some of the best spots in the city – an experience we would never have found on our own. All in all, a 10/10 stay. Aiden will absolutely be my go-to place whenever I return to Stockholm. – Lærke

An excellent hotel well connected to Stockholm city center with solidly decorated rooms and a wonderful and varied breakfast. Also, one more important thing: Angela is a lady that every hotel should have: A person who is so positive, cheerful and hospitable welcomed us and she is just the right example of a person who works in this hotel. I had a great stay over this week. I stayed for work and my time in the Hotel was limited, but Ebba, Ider and Angela made sure every minute counted. Fantastic customer service, great rooms and a happy environment all the time are the things I will remember from my stay. Really advise to stay at this hotel and it's only a 20min walk or 8min uber ride from the main central area. The sauna was a great surprise and a great way to disconnect after a busy work day.

Very modern looking hotel with a convenient location. Check-in process was an absolute bliss. Room is quite tiny and has some signs of wear, but this didn't bother me at all. Bathroom is good with good water temperature and pressure. Lounge space downstairs is very welcoming, breakfast buffet had great food and was an actual gamechanger as I always struggle to figure out where to eat for breakfast. All in all 5/5 experience for the price and will definitely be staying here again when I'm in Stockholm.

The hotel was basic but it is perfect for a small stay. Breakfast is quite diverse, rooms are small but clean, quiet, poke bowls are tasty, and there is an airport shuttle that leaves every 30 minutes. The price is also very competitive.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful and nice. The superior rooms are fine. I had a morning early provided me breakfast to take away. It is 20 min far for the centre.

Very clean and modern hotel. We had a room without a window for three nights, and we slept very well there, too. We were out and about during the day. The hotel is only two stops from the city center; the blue or green line takes you there automatically. Don't forget to buy an "SL ticket"! The breakfast was plentiful and had a bit of everything. We'd be happy to come back. Thank you very much.

I guess you get the room you paid for. It is pretty small and you feel everything has been cramped in and not much room to move around. That aside it could do with some refurbishment. Like the curtain rail was hanging loose, stains on the wall and the power cord of the hairdryer was really filthy. So all in all a medium score, but the location is pretty good, although still 1,5 km away from old town, but with plenty of restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood.
