Aimee welcomed us in her home and at her farm (the restaurant has been closed since August 31). The food was delicious and we enjoyed many of the homemade products that Aimee makes with so much passion. We met her cows and her pigs, including some very cute piglets. It was a wonderful experience and we really felt at home. Aimee is incredible and we learnt so much about what running a farm in Lofoten is like. Highly recommend to give her a call to book a farm dinner!

What an absolute gem of a find! We were not expecting to find anything along the little used road to Stamsund but we came across Aimee’s later in the day. We stopped for a drink and something sweet as cyclists do. We were tempted by their brown cheese cheesecake. It was extremely light and fluffy, not at all dense, and with slight caramel flavor coming from the brown cheese. What an absolute delight and with excellent presentation and some small pieces of rhubarb. The rest of the menu was equally innovative and sounded delicious. Pity it is too far to bike back to. The owner was very pleasant and spent time with us to explain the concept for the place and how the farm supplies the ingredients. We had a discussion on the different toes of cattle they have. We sat outside and enjoyed the sun. The inside is beautifully decorated and looks comfortable. A definite place to stop.

Stopped in for lunch, menu most likely changes daily because it was only shared verbally vs visually and had 4 options. Everything was delicious: ordered sausages & dumplings.

Great food & incredible service! We were hiking the lofoten crossing and arrived just after closing time. The Polish lady who worked there saw us coming in and asked if we still wanted to eat in or eat out. She let us in and still cooked us something simple. We, 2 hungry hikers, greatly appreciated this service! 5/5, would recommend!

Best restaurant we found in Norway! Nice service and atmosphere! The waiter took her time to nicely explain us every single dish we ordered. The meatballs were incredibly good and we loved the stew as well! Everything’s made from what they grow on their farm and from their own grass fed animals! Very recommended!

Lovely homey dining area, beautifully presented food, and delicious food and drink, much of it from the area or the owner’s own farm. Such a great experience. Our favorite spot in Norway so far.

Highly recommend! Super friendly staff and cozy relaxing atmosphere. The food is amazing! Had the green bean soup which came with homemade bread and homemade butter with Chanterelle mushrooms, delicious! The burger was a work of art with so many flavors and the salmon was the best we've had on our trip, cooked perfectly. It's very cool that so many of the ingredients are from their farm or local. We'd stop here every day of we could! Don't miss it!
