We had a great meal at AIR CCCC
The AIR concept of farm to table is a bit unique in Singapore. The team at AIR is committed to using local ingredients and teaching the community how to be more sustainable. They are doing wonderful things there!
We ordered the tasting menu and let the chef decide what we would eat. Everything was delicious. The fermented bread, steak, grilled fish, dips, crackers, potatoes with sambal - OMg all fantastic.
The chef owners are always there and the they love to chat to the guests.
We will absolutely go back.
