AIRA Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa

We stayed here for 2 nights just before Christmas. The staff was extremely welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. The rooms are furnished to a high standard and are very clean. We looked forward to the breakfast every morning which included fresh cooked items. We particularly enjoyed the coffee and French toast. It would be great if the hotel could advise what coffee they used as I would love to purchase a bag 🙂 overall our stay at the Aira Botique was amazing and I’d recommend the accommodation to anyone passing through the city.

What a wonderful stay! From the moment I walked into the hotel, I felt genuinely welcome — and that feeling never left. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and full of good energy, making it the perfect place to come home to after exploring bustling Hanoi.||The staff truly make this hotel special. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and always smiling, but a very special thank-you goes to Christine. She is an absolute gem — professional, kind, and always one step ahead. Honestly, if great hospitality had a face, it would be hers.||Despite the hotel’s central location, the rooms are surprisingly quiet. I slept so well that I almost forgot I was in the heart of a lively city — a rare and very appreciated luxury!||A big recommendation also goes to the tailor service. If you’re even remotely considering it, do it. Mike is incredibly professional and clearly knows his craft. The experience was smooth, efficient, and the results were excellent — I felt very well taken care of.||Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic time. I leave with great memories, a big smile, and the strong desire to return. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hanoi — you’ll be in the best hands (and probably won’t want to leave). 😊

10000/10! If you’re coming to Hanoi, look no further! My husband and I had an incredible stay! They decorated our room for our honeymoon, the service and hospitality are impeccable and the location is literally perfect. You’re a close walking distance to everything without being in the center of the chaos. Rooms were clean and the beds super comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We also had a quick window for doing laundry and they were able to help us out. Big shout out to the restaurant staff who were able to accommodate my vegan diet, the front desk team for being so lovely and helpful, and to the spa staff for a great couples massage. Shout out to Tom! Can’t wait to come back!!!!!! And yes this is a real review!!!!! Thank you!!!

This hotel is simply fantastic; they have both of the best things about Vietnam: the people and the food. The staff is simply amazing; they treated us not in a fancy way but in the most friendly way possible, which gives you that warm, comfortable feeling of being in a safe place. The spa treatments are a must. We treated ourselves to their spa on our last day before flying back home, and I'm still not sure if this was a good idea or not because the moment I stepped out of the hotel, I was already missing it. Our suite was simple, but the simple made perfect. I mean, the cleanliness was perfect, the bed very comfortable, the air conditioner not noisy, no smoking smell, good quality shampoo and soap, essentially all good. The location is great, even though it's in a busy street everything was impressively quiet, trully amazed how they archived that giving the chaotic Hanoi traffic. The restaurant deserves a separate review; it's fantastic. Don't hesitate to book with breakfast and have at least one meal there. I'll save my words for a review on their own page

We had an amazing time at the Aira Boutique Hotel. The room was fantastic and the decor made it even more special. The hotel is also in a perfect location for all of your needs and easy walking distance to all the sights. The customer service that we encountered from the moment we checked in was nothing short of exemplary. The team is extremely professional, kind and caring. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and assisted us with recommendations and arrangements, which made our trip even smoother.||Our stay at Aira Boutique Hanoi was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a beautiful boutique charm with a calm, elegant atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed. The rooms were spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail.||The location is another big plus. It’s convenient for exploring Hanoi while still being peaceful enough to rest after a long day of sightseeing

It was incredibly peaceful going from the busy streets outside to the lobby of this hotel. It almost felt out of place, but in the best way. The staff are friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. The room was small, but it was charming, clean, and even though we had a balcony, it was still quiet. The location was amazing. It was great being so close to train street, and walking distance to many shops and attractions. The restaurant is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. We loved the hot options to order as well as the large buffet. I think the best part about this hotel though is the spa. We ended our visit with a massage, and it was the best massage we have ever had in our lives. It was the most relaxing experience, and we still rave about it weeks later.

My partner and I had a lovely experience here. The hotel is located in a great spot (only a few minutes walk to the famous train street) and the buffet breakfast was amazing (they do great coffee and French toast!). The staff were incredible, especially Tony and Drake. Tony was so helpful in arranging drivers for us and always making sure that we had everything we needed, and Drake gave us some really helpful tips for our time in Ho Chi Minh. The boutique and quiet nature of the hotel is refreshing given that the streets of hanoi are very busy! I’d definitely stay here again!!
