The people at the reception really take great care of you. They planned our trips to Sapa and Ha Long Bay. Which were both fantastic. We came back after each of those trips (with a night at another location) and each time we got a bigger room. The hotel looks great. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is perfect. And located close to the famous train track. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I spent a week at this hotel in October 2025 and while l am sure there are many similar boutique hotels in Hanoi, l thought this property and the staff were exceptional.|Well appointed clean rooms, in a great location close to Train Street in the old city. I had Junior suite which was just a bigger room with a small balcony big enough for one person (I guess good for smokers). Hotel also has a small pool and gym along with a roof top bar and excellent resteraunt. The breakfast offering was also good.||The thing that impressed me most was the staff, special shout out to Tony who booked some tours for me and changed one when l was unwell, he even accompanied me to get some medication to speed|D my recovery, l thought this was above and beyond the level of service l expected - thankyou ans well done!||I highly recommend this property for a comfortable, memorable stay.

During our stay, the spa experience was absolutely the highlight. My parents and I all agreed that it was the best treatment we’ve ever had. Ms. Uyen Do welcomed us warmly and gave a clear, detailed explanation about each treatment, which made us feel very comfortable from the start. My therapist, Ms. Trang Vu, was truly exceptional — her massage and treatment completely refreshed both my body and mind. Every movement was so skillful and relaxing that I could feel all my fatigue melt away. The spa atmosphere was calm, beautifully designed, and perfectly clean — an ideal place to unwind after exploring Halong Bay. I highly recommend this spa to anyone visiting the resort. If you have a chance, please ask for Ms. Trang Vu — she is amazing!

Highly recommended – a well-rounded stay We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh fruit, both local and international dishes, and the option to order freshly prepared meals. The coffee was particularly good. Dinner at the restaurant was also a highlight. As vegetarians, we appreciated having more than ten dishes to choose from. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pool area is well maintained and a pleasant place to relax. The view from the hotel is also worth mentioning. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage after check-out, and even had the chance to take a shower before heading to the airport in the evening – which was very convenient. Overall: A great experience with a strong price-performance ratio. We’d gladly stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 night, staff were amazing and welcoming. Rooms were lovely and comfortable and clean! The breakfast was the perfect way to start the day before exploring the city. The staff were so helpful if wanting to arrange anything or advice around the city. The location is great, so close to train street and old town - perfect for getting around and walking to all the attractions/ sights! Wonderful experience overall and will definitely return / recommend!

This hotel underwent a two year renovation during Covid. Everything is new, including the plumbing, and beautiful. The staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. We spent an entire week in this hotel, and I would not change anything. It was a wonderful stay — right in the heart of the old district with clothing, tailors, restaurants, the train Street only a block away, in-house Spa And Massage, and lots of eateries and crafts and night markets nearby.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone we met was friendly and genuine, especially the team at the restaurant who went out of their way to make our meals enjoyable. The room was exceptional — beautifully clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It was such a lovely stay from start to finish

Fantastic hotel, very good 3 star, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the restaurant and sky bar are both great and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The only issue is the AC isn't great. Fantastic location very close to train street. Easily rivals some of the 5 star hotels in the city without the price tag. The pool is a massive bonus to cool down after a hot day.
