We had the most wonderful start to our Vietnam trip at Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa. As a young couple, we couldn’t have asked for a better beginning to our adventure , the hospitality and overall quality of the hotel truly set the tone for everything that followed. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fabulous, with a great variety and everything fresh and delicious. It was something we genuinely looked forward to each morning. What really made the difference, though, was the staff. The team at reception and in the restaurant were 10/10! always kind, helpful, and welcoming. They made us feel genuinely cared for. The location is also fantastic: close to amazing local restaurants and within a short walking distance to the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore while enjoying a nice stroll through the city. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you for making the beginning of our trip so perfect!

Amazing stay in Hanoi at AIRA!! Your service, warmth, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. The best hotel we've stayed at while in Vietnam, even compared to many 5 star hotels. The facilities are great. The welcome drinks are refreshing, and the friendly staff are genuinely friendly and caring. They offer a lot of information and even hotel services that they encourage you to use. Superb attention to detail. Very helpful in sorting out some issues with transportation when our original plans were canceled. Every single staff member, be it front desk, luggage handlers, waiters at the break fast restaurant or at the rooftop bar, kitchen staff, literally every member was genuinely caring and a pleasure to talk to. We've been recommending this hotel to all our friends who plan to visit Vietnam, and hope to stay with you again in the future!

During my recent stay at this hotel, I had a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help, which made me feel very welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the lobby was clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was extremely cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hotel restaurant was another highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-presented. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including both local specialties and international cuisine. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, offering many healthy and tasty options. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, creating a pleasant dining experience. Overall, this hotel and restaurant exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort, and quality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to return in the future.

Aira Boutique Hanoi, is a fabulous Hotel! The staff and service are amazing - always a smile and friendly greeting wherever you were in this gorgeous place. Built very much in the French style, the rooms are extremely comfortable, with the amenities being first class. A big 'Thank you' to Laura and all the reception staff, who organised my transfer to a private hospital for a physiotherapy session, when I injured my back. Hanoi is a busy, bustling City and Aira Boutique a little slice of a peaceful haven, after visiting the sights. They also organised our Halong Bay Cruise (Orchid Classic) for two nights, which was truly worth doing! We would highly recommend this hotel for its location, ambience and service. Truly a wonderful boutique hotel with exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff. We accidentally left the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on when heading out for the day, and when we returned they still offered to refresh the room at 8 pm, such thoughtful service. |The restaurant is excellent, great food and nice wine selection, with a beautiful city view. |The location is unbeatable, just a two-minute walk from Train Street. |Airport transfers were easily arranged and very smooth. |Everything was spotlessly clean. |Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at the Aira Boutique Hotel. The room was fantastic and the decor made it even more special. The hotel is also in a perfect location for all of your needs and easy walking distance to all the sights. The customer service that we encountered from the moment we checked in was nothing short of exemplary. The team is extremely professional, kind and caring. Beautiful and clean rooms, amazing pool overlooking the city, rooftop bar with great vibes and even better service. The restaurant within the hotel is also REALLY good — bun cha was amazing pho was decent, summer rolls were great, and also this coconut curry beef dish was my fave thing that I tried off the menu. Location is perfect - less than a five minute walk to Train Street with lots of little bars; close to Old Quarter but far enough away from the super busy areas so doesn’t feel overly crowded or noisy. I’m definitely staying here again next time I visit Hanoi!

10000/10! If you’re coming to Hanoi, look no further! My husband and I had an incredible stay! They decorated our room for our honeymoon, the service and hospitality are impeccable and the location is literally perfect. You’re a close walking distance to everything without being in the center of the chaos. Rooms were clean and the beds super comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We also had a quick window for doing laundry and they were able to help us out. Big shout out to the restaurant staff who were able to accommodate my vegan diet, the front desk team for being so lovely and helpful, and to the spa staff for a great couples massage. Shout out to Tom! Can’t wait to come back!!!!!! And yes this is a real review!!!!! Thank you!!!
