Airai Water Paradise Hotel & Spa

Room was dirty, they had misleading advertisement about service, and when I pointed that out they just yelled at me no, didn’t even check, and then kept on knocking and calling me when I was in shower. So I have shortened my stay and left. But this crazy people did not even make full refund, and then used their nepotistic relations to stalk me. Leaking information gained from work for your personal relations, breach of privacy and stalking are all crime but uneducated people of the world do whatever the **** that caters to their uneducated minds. Repulsive.

Comfortable place with big rooms, nice breakfast, lovely pools (there are a bunch), and super-helpful staff. Free airport shuttle was good and it's in a quiet spot outside town.

For Palau, this place is good value for money. There is no beach access, and only limited views of the ocean, but it's close to the airport and much less pricey than the other options. Most of the guests seem to be those jumping off to a liveaboard dive boat They can arrange for you to rent a car for about $55/day, insurance included. I highly recommend doing this if you have an extra day on the island

We stayed here for a day rest before our flight home. The resort is very dated but has a certain charm. The pool (while dated too) was amazing with a really great water slide that kept us and the kids occupied for hours! Staff were really friendly too.

My family and I love visiting Palau and we stay at Arai Water Paradise each time. The pool side is great and offers a slide for parents and kids. The buffet is wonderful with a variety of Asian and American dishes. My favorite part of the hotel, aside from the pool is the lobby. The lobby is decorated with wooden artwork and wooden furniture. It is breathtaking!

There’s a bit of communication before our arrival since I used a third party on line booking site. My flight was cancelled and was rescheduled for the next day. They accomodated my request to adjust the date. The hotel needs a major renovation specially the local houses/cottages and the pool area. The resorts staff will definitely make your stay worthwhile. That’s one of the resort’s strongest asset at this time. Thank you AWP!

If you would like a quiet holiday, this is the place.The hotel is 30 minutes drive from city center so there are not many people choosen to stay here. You can enjoy the pool by yourself so it’s great for honeymoon. And the staff is really helpful.

Nice water resort close to the airport, and with shuttle bus to Main Street in Koror. I was there during the corona shut down era, and we were almost the only guests, due to restrictions - meaning, not everything were open in the Resort, therefore only 4/5. The water park is a nice pool area in authentic style. I believe when the world opens again, this resort deserves many guests again. Staff was excellent 6/5.
